This is a good strong work truck, and has the capability of pulling most anything you can put behind it. It has a custom black powder coated flatbed that has two good sized tool boxes on the underside of the bed. It has goose neck and bumper pull ball attachments that come with the truck. Both are 2 5/16". All of the lighting on the flatbed is LED. The truck also has a beautiful custom black powder coated grill guard. The previous owner added a couple extra leaf springs to the rear suspension, this adds to its towing and carrying capabilities. The suspension in the front is loose and may need new shocks. The overall paint is in good condition. There are a couple small scratches here and there but nothing beyond normal wear. One of the running boards has a crack in it but is not big enough to effect functionality. Interior is in really good shape, the vinyl floor is in good condition no rips or tears anywhere on the interior. There is still some wiring left over from the gps and hands free system the previous owner had installed. There are 4 free auxiliary switches. There is also a switch inside the cab to change from the front tank to the rear tank. Between both tanks I believe it holds over 30 gallons. Brakes and tires are in good condition and shouldn't need to be replaced anytime soon. The truck has a 6 liter turbo charged diesel engine. The air conditioning is not working, a mechanic I had look at it told me it would need a new orifice tube. Never got around to having the work done. Watch this awesome R/C car chase scene made with cardboard and glue
Fri, 22 Feb 2013It never ceases to amaze us how much video production talent you can find on YouTube, especially when considering movies like Battleship actually exist on the silver screen. It's even better, of course, when cars are involved, which is why we can't stop watching this car chase between a pair of radio controlled Ford Mustangs.
Racing through a detailed set built in the middle of a public street using just "cardboard, hot glue and spray paint," this video is possibly even greater than The Greatest R/C Car Chase Ever that we saw last year. With the exception of a fruit stand and/or a plate-glass window being carried across the street, this has all the makings of a classic cliché chase scene.

NHTSA investigating Ford Fiesta for faulty door latches
Mon, 15 Sep 2014The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened a preliminary investigation on the 2011-2013 Ford Fiesta because the regulator has received 61 complaints from drivers, including one claim of an injury, about the doors on the subcompacts failing to latch and sometimes even flying open while driving. NHTSA has estimated that the problem could affect as many as 205,000 vehicles.
NHTSA is still gathering further data about the problem, but looking at the complaints so far, both front and rear doors appear to be potentially involved with the alleged failures. Among the reports, there are 12 claiming that the door opened while driving. Several also indicate the "Door Ajar" warning illuminating during this problem. The one purported injury happened when someone attempted to shut the door, and it bounced back.
Ford spokesperson Kelli Felker told Autoblog via email, "We are cooperating with NHTSA on this investigation, as we always do." Scroll down to read the report from NHTSA.

I felt like such a rock star. On my second pass around the UrbanCross course (read: fancy autocross) at the Ford ST Octane Academy, I absolutely nailed the exit, sliding the bright-yellow Focus ST sideways into a box the size of a parking space, all four wheels in line.
