HI, I HAVE A REAL NICE, VERY CLEAN 2004 F450 DIESEL 4X4 DRW PICK UP. I BOUGHT THE TRUCK IN VIRGINIA. NO RUST, INSIDE BOTTOMS OF THE DOORS ARE RUST FREE. THE TRUCK HAS A AUXILLIARY FUEL TANK MADE BY TRAX II. IT IS 30 GALLONS I THINK, IT AUTOMATICALLY PUMPS FROM AUXILLIARY TANK TO THE REGULAR TANK. IT GIVES YOU LIKE 75 GALLONS!!!! IT HAS AIR BAGS IN THE REAR, AND A SUPER HITCH ON THE BACK, AND THE TORSION BARS FOR THE HITCH GO WITH IT.  THIS TRUCK WILL HAUL ANYTHING. IT HAS 19.5 ALUMINUM ALCOA RIMS ON IT..TIRES ARE ABOUT 50%. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS FOR ANY WORK DONE TO TRUCK, VERY WELL MAINTAINED. I JUST PUT 3500.00 IN NEW INJECTORS IN IT. HAS A K&N COLD AIR INTAKE ON IT. RUNS AWESOME!! THERE IS A LITTLE WEAR ON THE DRIVERS SEAT, NOT BAD AT ALL. OTHER THAN THAT THE INTERIOR IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. 4X4 WORKS GREAT, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. IT DOES HAVE LOCKOUTS ON IT. THERE IS A SMALL CRACK IN THE GRILL YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE. NO DENTS, NO RUST, SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES. AS FOR OPTIONS IT IS A LARIAT, IT HAS OVERHEAD CONSOLE, POWER WINDOWS, POWER LOCKS, POWER MIRRORS, POWER SEATS, CD PLAYER, TILT WHEEL, CRUISE, I AM SURE THER IS MORE STUFF. 2015 Ford Mustang GT Line-Lock Burnout

Mon, 03 Nov 2014

In this brief Short Cut, Autoblog's Steven Ewing demonstrates Line-Lock on the 2015 Ford Mustang GT. Accessed through an on-screen performance menu, the feature temporarily locks the front brakes to help you heat up the rear tires for better traction, as you would for drag racing. The result? A 15-second smokescreen.

Crowdsource funding push on to save historic Ford buildings

Thu, 22 Aug 2013

Detroit has no shortage of old, abandoned buildings, both within the city and in the surrounding communities. Few, though, have the historical significance of the old Ford Highland Park facility. Home to the very first moving assembly line, Highland Park was designed by the legendary Albert Kahn, and was one of the homes of the Model T.
Now, the Woodward Avenue Action Association is attempting to buy both the 40,000-square-foot admin building, which is located off the historic Woodward Avenue, and an 8,000-square-foot garage. The WAAA's goal is to convert the buildings into an automotive heritage center. The Detroit News spoke to the interim director of the WAAA, Deborah Schutt, who commented, "[Metro Detroit has] not been very good at telling our own story. So we've decided, let's pull everything together and tell our story."
The WAAA made an offer of $550,000 to buy the two buildings, and has $400,000 from the Michigan Department of Transportation and another $15,000 from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. It's trying to raise a further $125,000 through crowd-sourcing, starting a campaign called "Five Dollars A Day," after old Hank Ford's $5-per-day wage for line workers.
