The exterior of this Ford is in good overall shape. The body looks straight
and the paint looks good overall, but it
does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires will need to be
replaced sooner than later. There are no
cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear,
rock chips, etc. It has the typical
scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are
consistent with age and use on a 2005 pick-up, but it still has an overall
nice look.

The interior of this F450 is in overall good shape. The upholstery
looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and
there. The vinyl floors are in good shape overall, but do show
some blems. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look
to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while
taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there
is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc.
that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall
good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care

This Diesel starts right up and
idles fine and has good power and acceleration and drives straight
down the road. It has a good solid feel to it. Brakes feel good. We’ve inspected,
serviced and detailed it and it’s ready to drive wherever
you need. |

You have two major options
for delivery. You can either have it shipped, which we can
help arrange, or you can pick up the vehicle here at our location.
We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN)
free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup, as long as
you fly in during our business hours. The airport is about 35
minutes from our store, and is about a $100 taxi fare.
We provide a 60 day
temporary permit for every vehicle. This is like a 2-month license
plate.
We regularly use a shipping
company called Diamond Express Transportation. We have shipped
several hundred vehicles with them without a single problem over
the last 8 years. Feel free to call Shawn or

depending on the size of the vehicle and the distance. We'd be

A weekend rental of a Ford Mustang GT Convertible sounds like a nice, relaxing way to burn some gas, but one Nova Scotia woman's two-day rental is turning into a months-long headache. In early October, Kristen Cockerill picked up the Mustang from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and she returned it the following day as stipulated by the rental contract. Unfortunately, she dropped the car off on a Sunday - a day on which the particular Enterprise office is closed - and the car ended up being stolen overnight.
Now, two months later, CBC reports that Cockerill received a bill from Enterprise for the full replacement of the car totaling $47,271 (a base 2014 Mustang GT Convertible currently costs $40,349 in Canada). As it turns out, the fine print in the contract says that the renter is responsible for cars dropped off after hours until it can be inspected the next business day - this is also reflected on the key drop seen in the news report video, which states "vehicles returned after hours are the responsibility of the renter until inspected on the next business day."
It's not clear how much, if any, of that amount Cockerhill will be responsible for once her insurance company gets involved, but if the insurance company refuses to pay, Enterprise will bill the amount to the credit card she provided during her rental. While this ordeal is far over for Cockerhill, it's a good reminder for the rest of us to always read the fine print.

Ford is being inundated with recalls as of late. Just days ago it called in over 590,000 cars for a variety of issues. Now, the Blue Oval has announced an expansion of its door latch campaign to cover an additional 156,000 vehicles in North America. Counting the original 389,585 cars, this has brought the total to 545,906. Under this expansion, the same models are affected, but Ford is broadening the coverage dates in some cases. The recall covers the 2011-2014 Fiesta, 2013-2014 Fusion, and 2013-2014 Lincoln MKZ; there are 456,440 units in the US, 50,681 in Canada, and 38,785 in Mexico in need of repair. In these vehicles, a door might not latch because of a broken pawl spring tab. Even if a passenger can successfully close it, the faulty part could unlatch while driving. According to Ford, there are two allegations of doors bounding back and hitting a person. There's also one possible accident from a door opening and striking another vehicle. Consumer Reports is crunching the numbers from its annual owner-satisfaction survey, and part of that process is finding out how attached drivers are to their cars. CR simply asks readers of models up to three years old if they would buy the same vehicle again in light of their entire ownership experience, and tallies the results. After looking at the responses for about 350,000 vehicles, it turns out that people really love a certain California-built, electrically powered luxury sedan. That's right, this year's the overall winner was the Tesla Model S with a whopping 98 percent of owners saying they would purchase another one (the Model S also won this award last year, with 99 percent satisfaction). The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray came in a close second with 95 percent of drivers hoping to park another one in their garage. A few models weren't quite so favored, though. The Nissan Versa Sedan was the least loved model among its owners; a mere 42 percent said that they would purchase another. The aging Jeep Compass didn't do much better, with just 43 percent of drivers willing to buy the softroader again. On average, about 70 percent of owners say they would buy their car again, and only four cars ranked below 50 percent in CR's findings.
