I am selling my 2005 Ford F-350 (Single Rear Wheel) Super Duty 4x4. This is a One Owner, 100% RUST FREE Texas Truck in IMMACULATE condition inside and out. It is a Laramie with FX4 Off Road Package, Long Bed, Full 4 Door with Leather and Power everything including Adjustable Pedals and Rear Sliding Window. It has a dual Rear DVD Entertainment System with Two Wireless Headsets, integrated Trailer Brake Controller and Auxiliary Switches. The Bed is flawless inside (no Dents or Scratches) with a Spray-In Liner. It has a BONE STOCK 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel Engine (one of the GOOD ones) that runs like a top with no issues what-so-ever linked to a 5 Speed Automatic Transmission that shifts flawlessly. No modifications, tuners, chips, etc. It even has Dual OEM Ford Batteries. There are no Leaks, Drips, Check Engine Lights, or ANY Mechanical Issues at all. This Truck has a Clear Title, Clean Carfax, and was Serviced by a Ford Dealer per the Maintenance Schedule every time. 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost flogged and analyzed by Ignition
Mon, 13 Oct 2014Aside from the way it looks and perhaps its independent rear suspension, the biggest bit of news on the 2015 Mustang may be the inclusion of its 2.3-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine. That blown mill marks the first time since the Mustang SVO of the '80s that a turbo has been fitted under the engine of Ford's pony car.
The Mustang EcoBoost is the subject of the latest episode of Ignition from Motor Trend, giving us a great look at the technical, nitty-gritty side of the turbocharged coupe. Covering it from bow to stern, host Carlos Lago walks us through the boosted Ford before taking to the track for some driving impressions, with particular praise given to the low-end grunt of the 2.3-liter mill.

Ford cranks up '32 Ford body production
Tue, 14 Jan 2014If you're going to build your own hot rod, you'll want to start with a '32 Ford 5-Window Coupe. Favored by American servicemen returning from World War II, the '32 Ford remains the very icon of the hot rod to this day. The trouble is there were only so many of them made in the first place, and finding one today can be a challenge. That's where reproduction models come in.
The aftermarket is replete with companies that will sell you a fiberglass body in the form of a '32 Ford coupe, but quality can be hit or miss. So to help meet demand among hot rod builders and enthusiasts, Ford has teamed up with United Pacific Industries to offer officially licensed body shells.
Announced at the SEMA show in November, the '32 Ford 5-Window Coupe body is made from stamped steel according to original specifications from original machinery where possible or reproduced machinery built to the same original specifications where necessary. The bodies are ready to accept vintage powertrains or crate motors from the Ford Racing catalog, and join the 9,000 other parts offered in the Ford Component Sales catalog - including similar reproduction bodies available for the 1965-70 Mustang and 1940 Ford Coupe. From there, the proverbial sky's the limit.
Jay Leno's Garage goes eco with Ricardo HyBoost

Despite the slightly defensive introduction from Jay, the latest episode of Jay Leno's Garage is actually pretty fascinating. The Ricardo HyBoost is a 2009 Ford Focus that has had a 1.1-liter engine swapped in for the stock 2.0-liter four. That might not get you performance enthusiasts out there fired up, until, that is, you hear that the 1.1L is also fed by both a turbocharger and an electrically driven supercharger for an instant-on "torque-fill" effect. Sounds about right, considering that Ricardo engineering is part of the genius behind the McLaren P1.
Perhaps most exciting of all, the Ricardo folks say that the package should run somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,100. A sort of performance-hybrid that makes sense for the frugal driver and the enthusiast one, then. There's a lot more to the HyBoost, all of which can be seen in the video below.
