Saint James, New York, United States
This is my 2005 Ford F350 lariat crew cab 8' bed Powerstroke Diesel with 132,600 miles. This truck has numerous modifications. I also have a complete log of all maintenance and upgrades performed on this vehicle during my possession.
The modifications are as follows: AFE cold air intake 4" straight pipe exhaust SCT tuner with 3 custom tunes 8" BDS suspension lift kit with 2" spacers for a total of 10" of lift. brand new 40" Toyo Open Country mud terrain tires 22" Fuel Octane rims dual King steering stabilizers Fox shocks all the way around LED tail lights HID head lights 8000K Halo projector Headlights (still in box!) Running boards Spray in bed liner full audio system including 2 12" subs and touch screen head unit blue underglow limo tinted rear windows and 20% front blue interior lights 20" led light bar brand new alternator new power steering pump new thermostat full front end recently serviced Box includes halo projector headlights, two pod driving lights 8,000K hid with blue halos, two yellow led strips (planned to use as running lights) and a few powerstroke stickers. The only flaws on this truck are small rock chips due to the offset on the wheels (unavoidable), the tow haul button snapped off the end of the shifter but still functions perfectly(I hit it with a gatorade bottle on accident). This truck really does turn heads wherever you go and has enough power to tow or haul anything! Practically a show truck! I really have enjoyed working on and owning this truck but its time for it to have a new owner. Thanks call or text 631five2one32three5 -Trent |

Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang to cost $52,995?
Mon, Dec 1 2014The 2015 Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang was one of the shining stars of this year's Los Angeles Auto Show. And the Blue Oval's latest muscle car might even have reason to burn a little brighter if a recent rumor about its price proves true. Best of all are rumors that an even more potent version of the Shelby is potentially on the way. According to Horsepower Kings citing unnamed Ford sources at the LA Auto Show, the 2015 GT350 carries a starting price of $52,995, and the Tech package adds a further $2,995 on top of that. There's also the claim of a Track package for an undisclosed price. However, it doesn't look like LA is the last we'll see of the newest Shelby because the source also alleges that a top-rung GT350R is under development with bigger brakes, modified aerodynamics and sportier tires. This rubber-burner is reported to be unveiled at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January. Assuming these claims are correct, it puts the Shelby in fighting form against its two Chevrolet Camaro rivals. Ford reports that the GT350's 5.2-liter V8 pumps out over 500 horsepower and more than 400 pound-feet of torque. At $52,995, it would undercut by a couple of grand the $55,505 (before destination) base price of the 580-hp 2015 ZL1. The super 'Stang might also beat the 505-hp Z/28 with its power rating, while being vastly cheaper than the track-focused Camaro's $72,305 price. This could be quite the performance shoot-out.
Ford adding stop-start to all major model lines
Sun, 24 Nov 2013Ford has gone all-in on its efforts to offer most of its new vehicles with a fuel-efficient EcoBoost engine, but the automaker is reportedly preparing to take another big step toward improving vehicle efficiency. Automotive News is reporting that Ford will soon expand the availability of start-stop technology, which was first offered - presumably the first non-hybrid vehicle, that is - on the 2013 Fusion (equipped with the 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine) as a $295 option.
The benefit of start-stop is reduced fuel consumption as it shuts the engine off at long stops, and AN quotes Ford as saying that drivers can save more than $1,000 on fuel costs over five years. Despite this, the option hasn't been popular on the Fusion thus far, but it could be more beneficial on bigger vehicles like the F-150. Ford also said that the next-gen Edge, which was previewed in concept form at the LA Auto Show, will be equipped with auto start-stop to help make the EcoBoost engines even more efficient.
Shelby GT500 and Roush Stage 3 go head to head at the drag strip
Wed, 07 Aug 2013The Ford Mustang is a brilliantly affordable source of horsepower, with a base 300-plus-horsepower version available for well under $30,000. Jumping up to about $35,000 will get you a solid 420 horsepower from a high-revving V8, while those with some extra disposable income can get a pair of 600-plus-horsepower monsters. Both the Roush Stage 3 with its Phase 3 package and Ford's factory Shelby GT500 even crest the 650-horsepower mark, with 675 and 662 ponies, respectively.
Naturally, someone needed to find out which of these hi-po Mustangs was the quickest. And while this video is quite obviously a dealership commercial, at least there's some solid drag racing between two of the most powerful performance machines available for under $100,000.
With two NHRA drag racers at the wheel, the Stage 3 and GT500 go head to head for three races. Scroll down below to see the results in the full video.
