My listing is for my every day driver for the last 4 years. I purchased this truck used from Texas 4 years ago. It was good for me. It has a reading utility 9 foot bed. It has a 6.0 diesel engine with 199, 600 miles and counting. Mechanically, there is noting not working on this vehicle. It will eventually need tires. I have an aftermarket seat cover to protect the seat that is torn, which is very typical. I backed up into a tree a few years ago and slightly pushed the passenger bumper in. It has made the one compartment near that difficult to close. There are a few scratches and dings and dents. Nothing unexpected for it's age. This truck is currently equipped with a Western ultra mount snow plow mounting bracket and all the related wiring. It also has wiring for a snow ex salter in the cab to the rear. It has a hitch. We use synthetic oil, and Harvester red coolant. We has a few minor upgrades to the truck in the form of an aftermarket oil cooler and a filter for the coolant. Ford Transit Skyliner Concept does discreet luxury in NYC

There's something to be said for luxed-out vans. They're cool, and as a means of getting chauffeured about, they're extremely comfortable and far more low key than your typical executive luxury sedan. For the 2014 New York Auto Show, Galpin Auto Sports has shown the potential of the new-for-the-US Ford Transit as an ultra-luxurious people hauler.
The Transit Skyliner Concept, which we previewed last week, sports four finely crafted captain's buckets that can be moved into different formations based on need. Want to watch a movie? The seats can be swung around to face a 52-inch screen. Riding along with some business associates? A table can be popped up. There's even a configuration for tailgating.
The materials are, unsurprisingly, pretty plush. The leather seats and wood floors (yes, wood floors in a van) look great, while the trunk and its customized luggage are a nice touch, as well.

Next Ford F-150 delayed for aluminum body panel issues?

The timetable for next-generation Ford F-150 may be in trouble if a report from The Truth About Cars is true. The next F-150 is slated to make extensive use of weight-saving aluminum in its body, but the aluminum alloy provided by suppliers hasn't met Ford's requirements in the earliest phases of pre-production, according to the report.
The F-150 represents a huge portion of Ford's profits and is the best-selling truck in the US, even in the face of increased pressure from cross-town rivals General Motors and Ram. While the current truck is treading water against its competition, we'd be lying if we said the F-150 weren't growing quite long in the tooth.
If production of the next-generation of the Ford cash cow, said to be based on the Atlas Concept from the 2013 Detroit Auto Show (pictured above), is delayed, it could be bad for Ford. Production at Ford's Dearborn Truck Plant is already set to be delayed six to ten weeks, missing an internal on-sale deadline of Memorial Day.
