I have a 1999 Ford F-350 4x4 truck. It has an automatic transmission that shifts good.
Has the bulletproof 7.3l power stroke diesel that has 238,850 miles that runs fine. Has dual stacks. This truck has a flat bed that is in good shape. has a towing package. Has 33 inch tires mounted on nice rims. have ok tread left. The engine has a brand new oil pan with new correct motor craft sealant. New oil and oil filter. Has a new ICP sensor and fuel filter. Coolant was just flushed and new coolant added. Brakes are good. Has the xlt package with power windows. needs a paint job ( as you can see in the picture). The previous owner did a horrible job. And needs an e brake cable. Maaco painting in rockaway said a paint job will cost around 600$. If I don't get what i want for this truck. I will just keep it and get it painted. Would make for a great plow truck or daily driver. I also have the original rims and tires for it. And this truck also comes with a almost brand new bully dog tuner. ( was 600$ new). I am asking a reasonable 6000$ but will take the first best offer. Reason for selling: I am looking for a crew cab diesel. Ford Transit Skyliner Concept is a Gulfstream for the road
Sat, 12 Apr 2014If you are afraid to fly or just want to arrive at your ultimate destination in absolute comfort, then the Ford Transit Skyliner concept might be the perfect vehicle for you. Built by Galpin Auto Sports and based on a 2015 Transit, the van is basically a private jet on wheels. It even has a touch of Transformers about it with the ability to switch between four modes by pressing a button in a smartphone app.
Based on the long wheelbase, high-roof model with 487 cubic feet of cargo space and 6 feet, 9.5 inches of interior height, the Skyliner has movable captains chairs that shift around among four modes. In theater mode, the seats turn and recline to face a 52-inch retractable movie screen with 7.2 surround sound. For business, a motorized table unfolds, and the chairs gather around it. There is a mode for tailgating where the door opens four-feet wide, and, when traveling, passengers can recline back with footrests that extend for maximum comfort.
To make the ride even plusher, there is a satellite and media server to meet your entertainment needs, and there is even a built-in bar in the back. If this Ford had a bathroom, you could live in it. Of course, you would need to hire a driver to enjoy all the amenities in the back.

European jury picks finalists for 2015 Car of the Year
Tue, Dec 16 2014There are countless Car of the Year awards handed out each year, and naturally, Europe has its own way of doing things. Every year, a panel of jurists representing seven publications in seven different languages and seven different countries get together to name their joint Car of the Year. The panel released a list of 32 candidates back in July, and it has now whittled that list down to seven nominees. The list consists of the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, the Citroen C4 Cactus (shown), the Ford Mondeo, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the Nissan Qashqai, the Renault Twingo and the Volkswagen Passat. Of those seven, only two are available in the US – those being the Mondeo (sold Stateside as the Fusion) and the C-Class. The Passat is an entirely different model in North America, the Qashqai isn't offered here, Citroen and Renault don't even participate in our market and the BMW 2 Series is represented here only by the completely different coupe and convertible. Expect the one and only recipient of the 2015 Car of the Year award to be announced at the Geneva Motor Show this coming March, and while you're waiting, you can place your guesses for the eventual winner in Comments.
