Ford F-250 Supper duty! This is my personal driver and lovingly maintained. I am the original owner and a non smoker. This truck is fully loaded with every feature, its a Cadillac on the inside and a beast on the outside. I get commits about how people love the truck everywhere i go. Exterior: - Custom pained front grill same as king ranch but in true RED - Power folding mirrors (great for parking lots) - 35" toyo's on nice 18" OEM Rim - Amp Research power running boards with Custom Led strip lights. - Bac Flip hard folding bed cover - Spray in bed liner - Tow package - Back up sensors - Back up camera - Paint is in Great shape! - Sunroof - front windows tinted to match rear Power train: -6.7 Power stock turbo diesel v8!!!!! - Banks Cold air intake - H&S Performance Mini Max Tuner - H&S Performance EGR Delete - H&S Performance DPF delete - 3" Exhaust with muffler - 5" Black exhaust tip - Fully Synthetic Rotelia T6 EVERY OIL change This truck is crazy powerful it will blow your mind! I never really towed much with it but it has OVER 1,000 Ft-LB TORQUE!!!!!! It has OVER 500 HP!!!!!!! It will put in you in your seat and wont stop even at high speed. With the DPF & EGR Delete gas millage is around 18 in the city over 24 highway. These are real number i got not some fabricated dream MPG. The sound it makes is like nothing else you have heard check out you tube if you have heard one. With the muffler it will get peoples attention out side but is nice a quiet inside the cab! I still have the emissions equipment in case you want or need to add it back on, where i live diesels do not have to get emissions. Ward's reveals annual 10 Best Engines list for 2013
Thu, 13 Dec 2012Ward's Auto has released its annual 10 Best Engines award winners. The 2013 list covers the full width and breadth of the internal combustion spectrum, from a spate of efficient four-cylinders to the most powerful production V8 on the planet. As always, the entries must be available in a production vehicle in the first quarter of 2013 with an MSRP of less than $55,000. The supercharged 3.0-liter V6 from the Audi S5 held on for the fourth consecutive year, and BMW earned two spots on the list with its turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder and turbo 3.0-liter inline-six.
Ford pulled in two awards for its 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder and and the supercharged 5.8-liter V8 from the Shelby GT500. Honda matched BMW and Ford with two wins of its own. Wards awarded the 2.4-liter four-cylinder from the Honda Accord Sport as well as the 3.5-liter V6 from the Honda Accord. Chrysler, General Motors and Subaru each garnered a spot on the list as well for the 3.6-liter V6 in the Ram 1500, the turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder in the Cadillac ATS and the 2.0-liter four-cylinder the Subaru BRZ, respectively. Wed, 06 Nov 2013Nameplates like the Mercury Mariner and Lincoln Navigator aside, Ford hasn't offered a marine engine in over two decades. But through a new partnership with one of the biggest names in the business, the Dearborn-based automaker is dipping its proverbial toes back in the water.
Announced yesterday at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the new partnership between Ford Component Sales and Indmar Marine Engines will see the 6.2-liter V8 from the F-150 SVT Raptor and F-Series Super Duty marinized for use in boats.
The largest privately owned inboard gasoline marine engine manufacturer in the world, Indmar has been in the business for 43 years, and figures the Ford V8 will be just what watersport enthusiasts are looking for to tow waterskiers and wakeboarders to their hearts' content.
V6 engines will outpace V8s for the 2015 Ford F-150
Wed, 23 Jul 2014How times have changed. Even five years ago, who would have thought the mighty V8 would be just another engine choice for buyers of the 2015 Ford F-150?
Ford is projecting about 28 percent of the next-generation trucks will have the 5.0-liter V8. That's nothing to sneeze at, but consider this: Ford figures its two EcoBoost truck engines - the new 2.7-liter V6 and the existing 3.5-liter V6 - will also each account for about 28 percent of the F-150's sales (56 percent total). That leaves only 15 percent of the pie for the 3.5-liter (non-EcoBoost) V6. The new F-150 goes on sale late this year.
