You won't find anything cleaner!!! 2008 Ford F-250 twin turbo 6.4L diesel King Ranch LOADED. 131,500 highway miles, but it's a diesel so mileage doesn't mean much. Plenty of chrome, 6 disk cd changer, ipod or mp3 player hookup, awesome speakers, super clean, 37" tires with plenty of life left, 6" fab tech suspension lift, power telescoping and power folding mirrors, power rear sliding window, bed cap with brake light and interior light, rear entertainment, and more I'm sure I forgot. Many many many stares and compliments. Only used for towing a trailer a few times. The only thing on it that is not in superb is the small dent/scratch on the front bumper passenger side. It is the last picture. Thank you for looking. Sorry I can't put my phone number here because of scams. Just e-mail me your phone # and any questions and I'll call you ASAP.
As to the question of why I'm selling; I just put my house in Ortonville on the market and need to downsize my ride to upgrade my home. Most of the time, this truck sits anyways. I usually drive my Civic or ride my Goldwing.
If you want to have a vehicle inspection done professionally, let me know where within 15 miles and I'll gladly take the truck there.
Blue book value $31,725, which doesn't even take into consideration the $2,750 lift kit and $1500 37" tires.
Compare to eBay completed listing # 141020073003 which sold for $27,322 which didn't have front push bar, Piaa lights, step bars, bed cap, chrome window trim, or chrome gas lid cap.
I have already been contacted by quite a few potential buyers and asked what it would take to end the auction early. The answer is $28,500. Anything else, I ask that you just bid and see where it ends. I have been burned in the past though when I tried to bid at the last few seconds, so if you're seriously interested, bid early and honestly. This is a no reserve auction. Thank you for the interest.

Ford Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost sales robust in early going
Tue, 13 May 2014Okay, okay, okay, so I was just a smidge wrong. Those that read my review of the Ford Fiesta with the new 1.0-liter, EcoBoost engine will know that while I really enjoyed the torquey little three-cylinder, I was concerned that Ford's decision to force 1.0-liter owners into a manual transmission, steel wheels and one trim level might hurt sales of the new engine. I was also concerned that the promised 45-mile-per-gallon highway rating wouldn't be enough to tempt buyers into trying an engine that's so far outside of what the general public is use to. My concerns, though, seem to have been for naught.
While not doing a booming business on the triple-equipped Fiesta, Ford is seeing a take rate of four to eight percent per month in the engine's first few months on sale. Now, four to eight percent might not sound like a lot - if, like last year, the Fiesta sells around 71,000 units, there'd be barely 5,600 1.0-liter models on the road. It is also small potatoes relative to the take rate on EcoBoost-equipped vehicles across the Ford range, which US sales analyst Erich Merkle estimates to be roughly 35 to 40 percent of retail sales. Still, according to The Detroit News, the 1.0-liter is getting adopted at roughly the same rate as the sparkling Fiesta ST, which should be a solid indication of just how well this little engine is doing.
The 1.0-liter's success "really speaks volumes, not just to what we're doing with the Fiesta, but with EcoBoost in general," Merkle told Autoblog.
Ford faces class-action lawsuit for selling vehicles without brake override systems
Fri, 29 Mar 2013A total of 20 Ford customers are suing the automaker in a class-action lawsuit for selling vehicles "vulnerable to unintended acceleration." According to Reuters, the suit names 30 models built between 2002 and 2010 with electronic throttle control systems but without a brake override system. Those include the 2004-2012 F-Series pickups and the 2005-2009 Lincoln Town Car. Adam Levitt, a partner with the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer says the plaintiffs in the case want "to be compensated for their economic losses by having overpaid for cars that contained defects." Levitt contends that the plaintiffs would not have bought their vehicles or paid less for them had they known there was no brake override system in place.
Ford began installing brake override systems in its vehicles beginning in 2010. In response to the lawsuit, Ford has pointed to research by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that indicated that unintended acceleration is mostly caused by driver error, saying in a statement that, "NHTSA's work is far more scientific and trustworthy than work done by personal injury lawyers and their paid experts."
Belville et al v. Ford Motor Co. will be heard in US District Court in the Southern District of West Virginia.
Ford cranks up '32 Ford body production
Tue, 14 Jan 2014If you're going to build your own hot rod, you'll want to start with a '32 Ford 5-Window Coupe. Favored by American servicemen returning from World War II, the '32 Ford remains the very icon of the hot rod to this day. The trouble is there were only so many of them made in the first place, and finding one today can be a challenge. That's where reproduction models come in.
The aftermarket is replete with companies that will sell you a fiberglass body in the form of a '32 Ford coupe, but quality can be hit or miss. So to help meet demand among hot rod builders and enthusiasts, Ford has teamed up with United Pacific Industries to offer officially licensed body shells.
Announced at the SEMA show in November, the '32 Ford 5-Window Coupe body is made from stamped steel according to original specifications from original machinery where possible or reproduced machinery built to the same original specifications where necessary. The bodies are ready to accept vintage powertrains or crate motors from the Ford Racing catalog, and join the 9,000 other parts offered in the Ford Component Sales catalog - including similar reproduction bodies available for the 1965-70 Mustang and 1940 Ford Coupe. From there, the proverbial sky's the limit.
