This is my 2002 Ford F250. It has just under 84,000 original miles. The vehicle is in excellent condition for its age, but does have some very minor rust beginning. But really the only visible rust is a quarter sized spot on the rear passenger fender. There is some other rust beginning on the absolute bottom of the doors on the inside behind the weather strip, but the vehicle still looks great.
I am the second owner of this vehicle. Both myself and the previous owners are non-smokers and the inside of the vehicle is in excellent/clean condition. The only known issue with the vehicle is that the vacuum actuation of the 4x4 isn't working. However, the 4x4 does still work and works fine, you just have to lock the hubs. Typically on these Fords, this is caused by a problem in the hub seal inside the hub assembly, which is a relatively cheap/easy fix. Here are the options: - 4x4 - Power Windows - Power Locks (no FOB/keyless entry though) - Rear Slider (manual) - 8 ft. bed (w/spray in bedliner) - Tow Hitch w/Trailer Brake Controller I also installed an Alpine radio that is Bluetooth equipped. Replaced the OEM speakers. I have the original equipment and it will come with the vehicle. Additionally, the tires on this vehicle are almost new all the way around. The truck starts/drives/runs flawlessly as you'd expect from it's condition and mileage. It's had an easy life. Previous owner redid a lot of the front end, so you won't have to deal with that anytime soon. The vehicle drives straight and true. I'm only parting with this truck because it's simply too big for my needs. This is a very big truck, so if you're not familiar with a 3/4 ton extended cab with an 8 ft. bed, make sure you understand its size. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. eBay Find of the Day: 25-station video gaming trailer w/ bonus Ford F-250
Fri, Nov 28 2014Why, you might be asking yourself, is Autoblog showing me an eBay Motors listing for a 2006 Ford F-250 and a box trailer (with a badly cropped photo to boot)? It's not because we're highly interested in this blue-collar rig, to be sure, but rather because we're interested in throwing the greatest Forza party of all time. Housed in that innocuous white 26-foot trailer is a gamer's delight, with 25 Xbox 360 systems connected up to 25 high-definition monitors and 24 headsets to keep everyone locked into the action (one of the stations is outside the trailer). When connected up to one of two included generators, the setup allows for two-dozen combatants to square off, back-to-back and head-to-head. Sure, the Buy It Now price of $79,000 seems steep considering the trailer will need about ten grand worth of Xbox One or Playstation 4 upgrades in the near future. Ford tops mid-year ranking of brands in the US
Thu, 18 Jul 2013YouGov's mid-year Brand Index rankings of America's best perceived brands has been released, and Ford has found its way to the top. The Dearborn, Michigan based manufacturer beat out online shopping giant Amazon, The History Channel, and home improvement superstore Lowe's, to take the top spot.
Ford jumped from sixth overall in 2012 to first for 2013, but those that have been watching these rankings shouldn't be hugely surprised. Ford was rated the best perceived automotive manufacturer by the same organization last year. The Blue Oval's success on the overall brand rankings is made all the more impressive by the complete lack of other automakers on the list.
YouGov (that is, survey respondents) cited Ford's first quarter of 2013 business, which saw an increase in market share and the best earnings recorded in over 10 years. Successfully launching the Focus and Fusion (pictured) and keeping them fresh in the minds of consumers has also contributed to Ford's best overall score.
2015 Ford Mustang Convertible ships in time for holiday gift giving

That's right, Ford has begun shipping the new drop-top pony car just in time for the holidays. Taking delivery of a convertible might not make the most sense in some climates, but those in southern states will undoubtedly enjoy the top-down experience to ring in the new year. And for those stuck in snowier climes, Ford is keen to point out that the new Mustang convertible is available with features like heated seats, remote start and a snow/wet setting among the selectable drive modes. As with the coupe, the new Mustang convertible can be had with the base 3.7-liter V6, the optional 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbo four or the top-of-the-line 5.0-liter V8.
