This is an excellent candidate for someone who wants to take this truck to the next level. For sale is a 1977 Ford F250 4-wheel drive with manual transmission. The power plant is the 460 ford big block, it is a unmolested factory motor, that runs strong. It has a 4 barrel carb, large core radiator,power steering, I have just changed the oil, and put new plugs and wires on it. The drive train is sound and strong, good clutch, good 4 speed trany, lock out hubs, good transfer case, and it has 4 tires that are like brand new, and one in the box that is, because it has never been on the truck. Have owned the truck for 6 years, and have never licensed the truck, for I only use it to plow my drive way. The body is in bad shape, it needs a lot of repair, and someone before me has cut the roof for a red neck sun roof. The only gage that works is oil pressure, temperature, and speedometer. 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility shows up for duty in Chicago

The latest upgrade for the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility is all set to patrol the Windy City's streets with its debut at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show. On the outside, the revised Ford police vehicle looks basically the same as the recently refreshed Explorer with a new grille and redesigned headlights. Inside, there's a restyled steering wheel and center console. Unlike the civilian model, though, the PI Utility gets heavy-duty brakes, a more robust cooling system, reinforced subframe mounts and larger diameter suspension springs for more strength. Under the hood, police forces get to choose between either a 3.7-liter V6 with 304 horsepower and 279 pound-feet of torque or a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 with 365 hp and 350 lb-ft of twist. Regardless of powertrain, these 'utes feature a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The transmission includes the awesome-sounding Pursuit Mode feature that switches over to more aggressive shifts when it detects harder driving to properly stop crime. Related Video:

What would Batman drive for his weekly trips to Home Depot for the bits and pieces needed to keep his lair deep below Wayne Manor in tip-top condition? Certainly not the Batmobile - there's no way a 4x8 sheet of plywood will fit between the wheel wells, not to mention the fact that jet turbine engines have an unfortunate tendency to set trailers on fire when towing...
No, what Batman needs is a pickup truck. The boys from Ford teamed up with Galpin Auto Sports to build just such a machine, and it has just debuted at Comic Con. Designed by Jared Barris, grandson of the legendary kustomizer George Barris, the 2012 F-150 pickup you see here, dubbed Crime Fighter, is painted Tuxedo Black with Ferrari Red highlights and is affixed with fins on each side of the truck bed. It's nothing if not unique.
Well, it's at least unique for now. According to Ford, Galpin in Southern California is willing to take orders for customers looking to don a cape and hit the town for a night of crime-fighting action. Or trips to Home Depot. 2015 Ford F-150 appearance guide takes the truck from mild to wild with options

We already know that the 2015 Ford F-150 has a base price coming in at just $395 more than the 2014 model, despite all of the new standard tech and aluminum-intensive construction in the upcoming version. Now the Blue Oval is finally giving us an idea of what that extra money actually buys customers, with the release of the appearance guide for its latest pickup.
The guide basically explains everything you could want to know about what changes occur among the multitude of trims on the 2015 F-150. There are five levels for the new truck. Although, that is something of a misnomer because most of them are also available with either Sport or Chrome packages, plus the FX4 Off-Road option with Hill Descent Control, an electronic-locking rear axle, off-road shocks and skid plates. With 13 available colors, including 4 new ones, and 14 wheel designs in various sizes, pickup buyers should have no problem specing one to fit their style.
The lineup starts out with the base XL with a black grille and fascia and 17-inch wheels. However, across most of the range the Sport and Chrome packages are also available to add either body-color or chrome accents, respectively. Next up is the XLT with a standard chrome grille but also available with a black, billet-style one with a body-color surround. Things really start getting plush with the Lariat model with leather trim, a three-bar front end and 18-inch wheels. The King Ranch sticks with that look but adds power running boards, 20-inch wheels and two-tone paint. Finally, the top-dog Platinum is all about bling with yet another frontal design, chrome door handles and mirror caps, a big logo running across the tailgate and more.
