Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my 2008 4 wheel drive, crew cab, Ford F150. First let me say that I'm only selling my truck because I have had a career change and now drive a company truck so now I'm looking at Harley's. Feel free to call/text if you'd like. My number is on invoice in the pictures.
I bought this truck in Florida in March 2013(truck has never seen snow). I live in Illinois and on the way home from buying truck, the engine blew in Forsythe Georgia. I had Trophy Ford , there in Forsythe, replace the engine. The invoice you see in the pictures, is the actual invoice from the Ford Dealership. The engine came with a 3 year unlimited mile engine and drive train warranty from Ford Motor Company.(warranty start date is 3/11/2013) Since then I have put new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. The oil was changed by Ford(and will be again before sale date).I had new Black back 3D Hallo Headlights & matching taillights installed on truck(I have the 3rd break light too but haven't had time to install) I had new extendable power towing mirrors with turn signals and puddle lamp installed as well. The truck has a trailer brake actuator, and pulls trailers with ease.
I installed a new rear bumper, the old one was damaged along with the tailgate when the previous owner had a trailer come uncoupled while driving.(That's the carfax accident on the report) As shown in the pictures the tailgate has never been replaced but operates flawlessly. There was a rock chip in the windshield that has now started to run, If the "buy it now" is used I will have the windshield replaced before you pick up the truck. There are also a few minor scratches where touch-up paint was used(see pics). There is a small stain on drivers side rear floor(see pics). There is no rust on truck and it has never seen snow.
This truck is my pride and joy and has been babied since I've owned it. I have never taken it off road or four wheeling. I have nearly $20,000 invested in this truck and she will be missed!
All in all, this truck is a real head turner!
Please check back often because I'm sure I am forgetting things& if I think of anything else ill add it then.
PLEASE ASK ME QUESTIONS...ALL QUESTIONS GO STRAIGHT TO MY PHONE SO A RESPONCE WILL BE QUICK...AND MY # IS ON INVOICE IN THE PICTURES TOO...
THANKS & GOD BLESS, LARRY

Ford Mustang pinball machine has supple wrist, plays by sense of smell [w/video]
Fri, 07 Feb 2014Ford didn't have anything major to show off at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show, so it seems it instead opted to have some fun - it brought a row of pinball machines to the show. Yes, pinball machines.
We originally told you about the Stern Pinball Ford Mustang machine a few days ago, and as day two of the Chicago show is a bit of a slow one, we opted to head to the show floor and get some snaps of the bank of new machines. Not surprisingly, there's plenty for the Mustang fan in each of these machines, ranging frond different models, to logos to a full model.
Take a look below for our full gallery of live shots, available up top. Then head below for our original gallery of stock images, along with a video and press release on the new machines.
Ford CEO told Trump 1 million jobs at stake because of fuel economy regs
Sat, Jan 28 2017Bloomberg is reporting that Mark Fields, Ford's CEO, pushed President Donald Trump for market-driven national fuel economy standards, and that up to a million jobs could be at stake if those national regulations didn't take consumer expectations into account. Fields was reporting on his conversation with Trump in remarks made at the National Automobile Dealers Association in New Orleans, Bloomberg reports. The report also states that he and fellow CEOs Mary Barra of GM and Sergio Marchionne of FCA aren't seeking to eliminate fuel economy standards altogether, but rather to make them more flexible. Bloomberg reports that Fields didn't cite the studies he was referring to in support of his job loss figures, so we can't independently verify Fields' math at this time. But his push to stop selling cars consumers don't want – that is to say, more hybrids and EVs than consumer demand supports right now – is clear. We've already reported on that. To level an educated guess at what will happen next, Trump seems likely to reduce the stringent 2025 fuel economy targets, perhaps freezing them at current levels. The automakers are already invested in producing vehicles that meet current standards, and they also have to think about foreign markets like Europe that aren't likely to relax standards below current levels. If you consider economies of scale, automakers are likely to ask for federal standards that match global standards for their largest markets as closely as possible. We'll see if Trump buys Fields' math, but Ford isn't hedging its bets. Backing out of the Mexican assembly plant cost the company $200 million – not a huge sum compared to the total value of Ford, a massive company which had its second best year ever, but still an important gesture to Trump about Ford's priorities. Rising aluminum costs cut into Ford's profit
Wed, Jan 24 2018When Ford reports fourth-quarter results on Wednesday afternoon, it is expected to fret that rising metals costs have cut into profits, even as rivals say they have the problem under control. Aluminum prices have risen 20 percent in the last year and nearly 11 percent since Dec. 11. Steel prices have risen just over 9 percent in the last year. Ford uses more aluminum in its vehicles than its rivals. Aluminum is lighter but far more expensive than steel, closing at $2,229 per tonne on Tuesday. U.S. steel futures closed at $677 per ton (0.91 metric tonnes). Republican U.S. President Donald Trump's administration is weighing whether to impose tariffs on imported steel and aluminum, which could push prices even higher. Ford gave a disappointing earnings estimate for 2017 and 2018 last week, saying the higher costs for steel, aluminum and other metals, as well as currency volatility, could cost the company $1.6 billion in 2018. Ford shares took a dive after the announcement. Ford Chief Financial Officer Bob Shanks told analysts at a conference in Detroit last week that while the company benefited from low commodity prices in 2016, rising steel prices were now the main cause of higher costs, followed by aluminum. Shanks said the automaker at times relies on foreign currencies as a "natural hedge" for some commodities but those are now going in the opposite direction, so they are not working. A Ford spokesman added that the automaker also uses a mix of contracts, hedges and indexed buying. Industry analysts point to the spike in aluminum versus steel prices as a plausible reason for Ford's problems, especially since it uses far more of the expensive metal than other major automakers. "When you look at Ford in the context of the other automakers, aluminum drives a lot of their volume and I think that is the cause" of their rising costs, said Jeff Schuster, senior vice president of forecasting at auto consultancy LMC Automotive. Other major automakers say rising commodity costs are not much of a problem. At last week's Detroit auto show, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV's Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne reiterated its earnings guidance for 2018 and held forth on a number of topics, but did not mention metals prices. General Motors Co gave a well-received profit outlook last week and did not mention the subject. "We view changes in raw material costs as something that is manageable," a GM spokesman said in an email.
