I’m selling this 1959 Ford
F-100 4x4. It has a 292 Y-block V-8 ( approx 20,000 on the rebuild) with an
Edelbrock 3 Deuce Aluminum intake manifold, progressive linkage, tri power
fuel block, 3 holley 94 rebuilt about 6 months ago, new headers and exhaust. New
BFG 33x12.5 all terrain, aluminum rims. Brakes have all been replaced. Springs
have been rebuilt and 1 leaf added for support. New dual front steering stabilizer. New front LED headlights. The box is pretty rusted as
well as the cab with the driver side being the worse. I do however have a big
back window (minus the doors) as well as another box that’s in good shape. The cab however has
rust on the floor boards ( I have 1 floor pan for the passenger side floor) but the back window looks to be in good shape as do
the cab corners. I have had this truck for over 20 years, but with a family it doesn’t
make sense to keep. New spark plugs, wires, points, fuel pump and have re-wired the from the cab back on the lights as well as replaced the turn signal column switch. New wiper motor, seat has been redone, new front hubs (not
installed), and brake power booster (not installed) I’ve been driving this
truck daily with no problems but this truck is still a work in progress and
therefore being sold "As Is" with no warranties or guarantee. This truck is also listed local, I could pull ad. Any questions please txt/ call (307) 797-1939.
$250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END

2015 Ford Mustang stars in bizarrely awesome '80s aerobics video
Wed, 30 Apr 2014For reasons we can't comprehend, here's a music video starring the all-new, 2015 Ford Mustang and a number of dancers dressed and styled in the most stereotypically 1980s way possible. The dancers then take part in a male-versus-female dance off. Again, we've no idea why it exists.
It's weird, and for the second time in two weeks, we're sat at our computer wondering, "What are we watching?" That said, it does show the new Mustang from a number of angles, and it's one of the first car-related YouTube videos we've seen that's available in a 4K, ultra-high-def stream.
Take a look below, and let us know what you think in Comments.
Facelifted Ford Focus caught testing in the cold
Wed, 18 Dec 2013It's that time in the life of the Ford Focus to get a little work done - a nip-tuck here, some Botox there. Yes, Ford is testing a facelifted version of its global C-segment entry, which first hit markets in Europe and North America in May 2011.
Like the touchup on the Fiesta, expect Ford's gaping grille to make its first appearance on the Focus. Our spy photographers point out that this is likely to be a more comprehensive makeover than previous spy shots suggested, based on the additional camouflage seen here on the front and rear ends of this five-door model. New head and taillights are also likely in order, as are changes to the front and rear fascia.
The interior was also snapped and features a cleaner design with a larger central display. Other than that, it looks like some buttons have been changed, making us think most of the Focus' updates are limited to the exterior.
How the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor became a reality
Wed, 01 May 2013The camouflaged Ford F-150 SVT Raptor prototype captured above blazing its way across the desert during a test run left company engineers giggling in amazement, reveals Jamal Hameedi in a new Autoweek video. Ford's global performance vehicle chief engineer, accompanied by senior exterior designer Bruce Williams, sat down with the publication to discuss the concept and development of the automaker's super off-road F-150.
Designing a high-performance pickup in 2008, right when the cost of gasoline was going through the roof, seemed insane at the time, but the team pushed forward with the innovative vehicle regardless. The interview includes plenty of Ford B-roll footage as visual candy, and the conversations include discussions about exterior design, ride comfort, anti-lock brake tuning, suspension engineering, weight reduction and why it was necessary to make the Raptor visually different than Ford's standard F-150. The model's origin story is very interesting, and you can learn more about it by watching the video below.
