Check out this 1963 Ford F100 Custom Cab Pickup. SELLING AT NO RESERVE!!!!! This Truck is all original and equipped with its original V8 Engine (135hp numbers matching). The truck has been setting since 1989 and was running when it was parked. However is not running at the moment. The engine is however free and does turn over. It is a CUSTOM CAB Edition and equipped with a special bed it appears with a steel diamond plete bed. We feel the truck was a special order truck. Its is also equipped with 3 speed on the column. All the chrome and trim is there and in fairly good shape for how long it has set. The interior is warn, however dash is in fairly good shape. Original hubcaps are setting in the cab. Glass is all good. The Body is in good shape. The Quarters do have filler in them on the rear corners(view pics). The frame appears to very solid and straight. We feel this truck would make some one a great resto project or turn into one KOOL HOT ROD!! Trucks are hot these days. This one being a factory V8 ride we think makes it more desirable. The odo is showing 27123 and we believe these to be the acutal miles, however do to the age we are selling it as tmu. Any questions are welcomed and any inspections are welcomed. Ford-sponsored survey says a third of Brits have snapped a 'selfie' while driving [w/videos]

Fri, 08 Aug 2014

Talking on the phone while driving isn't advisable, and texting while driving is downright dangerous. Considering those truths, the fact that we even need to point this out this is incredibly disturbing: taking "selfies" while behind the wheel is exceptionally stupid. But, it's a thing that a third of 18- to 24-year-old British drivers have copped to doing, according to a new study from Ford.
Ford, through its Driving Skills for Life program, surveyed 7,000 smartphone owners from across Europe, all aged between 18 and 24, and found that young British drivers were more likely to snap a selfie while behind the wheel than their counterparts in Germany, France, Romania, Italy, Spain and Belgium.
According to the study, the average selfie takes 14 seconds, which, while traveling at 60 miles per hour, is long enough to travel over the length of nearly four football fields (the Ford study uses soccer fields, but we translated it to football, because, you know, America). That's an extremely dangerous distance to not be focused on the road.

Ford previews updated Police Interceptor Utility for Chicago debut

Tue, Feb 3 2015

With more law enforcement agencies across the United States alone than we'd care to count (or ever encounter), selling police cars means big business for American automakers, with Ford, Chevy and Dodge competing to fill the motorpools of every police department, sheriff's office and government agency in the land. For its part, Ford offers the Taurus-based Police Interceptor sedan and the Explorer-based Police Interceptor Utility, and it's preparing to unveil a revised version of the latter at the upcoming Chicago Auto Show in the same city where it's built. Dearborn hasn't given us much to go on with this teaser, showing just a darkened front shot of the vehicle in question with its emergency lighting all aglow. But it's fairly clear that the Interceptor Utility has been given many of the same updates applied recently to the Explorer on which it's based. That starts with the revised sheet metal, but considering that the Interceptor Utility exclusively packs V6 power, the 2.3-liter EcoBoost four that was one of the biggest updates to the civilian Explorer isn't likely to carry over. Ford does, however, promise that the revised Police Interceptor Utility will be "even better" than the model it replaces" and pack "more high-tech features." Related Video:
