1956 Ford F-100 Custom Cab small window pickup. I bought this in an estate sale so I will try to list everything I can about the truck. It has a dropped axel and is lowered in the back, sits real nice. The truck comes with a good Ford 351 C engine and AT trans. The truck looks like it was sand blasted and then primered. Has solid drip rails, floorboards and stock dash and firewall. There is some body filler evident in the front hood lip, cab corners and some small areas in bottom of doors. The running boards are in excellent condition as are the inner fenders and front bumper. I do have a stock seat (needs redone, that goes with truck - see pics). Will require additional body work, wiring, brakes and more to complete. The front cab corners will need to be replaced (rusted out). The frame looks clean and straight. Will need windsheild and one door glass (cracked). Has clear Title and matching VIN tag. Has plywood bed floor. This is a very good start on a custom rat rod. Feel free to call me (AL) at (559) 916-4604 with any question or email this auction. Please, serious bidders only, BID TO OWN! I reserve the right to end the auction early as the truckis for sale locally.

Riding along in Ford's bonkers Fiesta ST Global RallyCross car [w/video]
Wed, 28 Aug 2013
The Mountune-worked Fiesta ST GRC does 0-to-60 mph in 1.9 seconds.
On any given day, and every single weekend, there's at least one parking in the country invaded by manufacturer and team trucks. The be-chromed beasts and their 53-foot trailers are slotted into rows, men and women decorate the lot with orange cones to mark the invisible tracery of a temporary track, cars get unloaded, crews fret over them. The ritual can be as beautiful as the sunrise to those with enthusiast hearts, but it's just as common.
Mustang driver proves wheels are overrated
Mon, 21 Apr 2014We don't need to tell you that there's something missing in the image above. What we do need to tell you is that this is not a picture of a parked car stranded on the highway. This is, rather, just one frame from video of that three-wheeled Mustang traveling down the highway at highway-appropriate speed.
We don't know where you'd have to be nor how badly you'd have to be there to go shooting down the freeway in a car with three wheels, but if the New Daily News is correct, that place is somewhere in Texas. The video's short, but you'll have plenty of time to shake your head at it by just scrolling down.
Ford dominates most-stolen SUV list

The Ford Escape leads the NICB's list with 1,421 examples stolen.
If you drive a recent Ford SUV or crossover, you may want to keep a watchful eye out for thieves - especially if you live in the New York metro area or in Detroit. A new study from the National Insurance Crime Bureau has named three Ford models as the most likely vehicles in their genre to be stolen, with CUVs in general being especially attractive to bandits.
