We DO NOT guarantee you NO WARNING LIGHTS on dashboard, since we don't own all the cars, trucks we have for sale, but resell and do not drive them long enough to see if any of the warning lights (such as check engine light for example) comes on. That means we don't want you to blame us for any warning lights that might come on after you buy our car, truck etc. and take it home.

All the power equipment, radio, lights, brakes etc. are buyer's responsibility to have it inspected or ask us BEFORE placing his bid.

We have nothing to hide from our buyers and we do our best to put as much description as we can in the auction, but please DO NOT assume anything and ask a question BEFORE the auction ends.

Please,expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choice.

Please note : We do our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, due to the fact that sometimes we sell more than 5 cars a day it is not always possible for us to arrange pick ups within the next couple of days after purchase. Therefore, please do not buy plane tickets or plan pick ups prior contacting us, and do not assume you can pick up vehicles the next days. That being said, we will try our very best to work around your schedule, and most likely be able to arrange for pickup whenever it’s convenient for you.

$50/day storage fee will be charged after one week of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in timely manner (within 3 business days of the end of the auction).

The processing fee in the amount of $150.00 will be added to the total winning bid .The fee is not negotiable and includes: car detailing, paperwork, notary, title transfer, messenger ETC. For all OH and out-of-state residents - this fee doesn't cover your taxes and registration! You pay it separately when registering a vehicle In your name.

All the buyers are required to have their valid driver's license and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle.

$20.00-25.00 is a 30-day temp tag for all OH residents if needed to drive home.
