For sale is a 1999 Ford e350 extended 15 passenger van with 142,600 miles. It is in overall good condition with a few flaws that will be listed and pictured above. The van only comes with one row of seating, but the seat mounts are in place to add additional rows.

It runs strong and drives great.
The tires are still very good.
The brakes are good- rear disc.
The frame and lines underneath are in very good shape (hardly any rust)
Recently replaced ignition coil and DPFE sensor
Truck has been wrapped with decals and still has some adhesive residue on the body, but it is removable.
Interior in decent shape, there is a stain on the drivers seat and a small tear the size of a quarter on the passenger seat.
Radio and console are out of a 2000 ford e250 and are much better than what the truck originally came with.
The speakers are okay, but I believe one or two are blown out. I do have 2 or 3 loose working speakers I salvaged from another van and will include them.
The airbag in the steering wheel is a little scuffed up on one side.
The floor liner in the back is torn in a few places.
The seat mounts have rust, but are functional.
There are a few rust spots on the roof (nothing major) but if it rains all day I notice the ceiling gets damp, so there is a slight leak.  This problem can be fixed with something like bondo or mar-glass.
The biggest problem with this van is that the latch on the floor for the back doors is rotted and there is a baseball sized hole near the back door in the floor. This causes some water to get in.  As stated before the frame and body are in good shape with almost no rust, but the only rust issues are the floor all the way towards the back and the few spots on the roof. These are issues that can be fixed fairly easily I just do not need a van this big and would rather get something smaller.
It is in above average shape for this area. Most trucks I see are loaded with frame and line rust, so please take a close look at the picture of the door latch and see for yourself. I'm not a mechanic, but I know I could fix it and paint it myself if I needed to keep it.
It gets about 14 mpg.
Rear step bumper with small dent
Tow receiver was removed completely, professionally painted, and re-installed.
Passenger side door does not lock/ unlock from the outside.

Air conditioning and rear air conditioning works.

2014 Ford Fusion order guide reveals new base Hybrid model, equipment changes

Tue, 23 Apr 2013

We've gotten our grubby little digits on the dealer order guide for the as-yet-unreleased 2014 Ford Fusion thanks to an anonymous tipster, and while there isn't much that's unexpected, there are some meaningful equipment changes to report after the rakish sedan's first year on the market.
Mechanically, the big news is, of course, the recently confirmed availability of the 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder paired with a six-speed automatic. The powertrain replaces the 1.6-liter automatic setup of 2013, though if you want a manual transmission, you'll still get the extra .1-liter of displacement.
On the equipment front, there are newly available rear inflatable seatbelts - as seen previously on the Explorer - along with a new heated steering wheel and cooled seat option on Titanium and Titanium Hybrid models (the latter two options will be late availability).

Ford Mustang GT Bi-Fuel CNG

Tue, 23 Jul 2013

Highly intrigued, we recently visited a Southern California Gas Company office to check out several hybrid vehicles promising something new. Unlike more commonplace gasoline-electric hybrids, we were there to evaluate innovative gasoline-compressed natural gas (CNG) hybrids - yes, they run on unleaded gasoline and compressed natural gas. According to the experts on hand, this arrangement delivers extended range and reduced emissions while chipping in with lower operating costs than pure-gasoline vehicles. There are advantages over its gasoline-electric counterparts, as well.
The program is part of a three-way collaboration between The Carlab, a Southern California-based automotive consulting firm, Landi Renzo USA, a company specializing in alternative fuel solutions, and America's Natural Gas Alliance, a group that promotes CNG. Long story short, the team has engineered a way to allow a modified internal combustion vehicle to seamlessly switch between two fuels (gasoline and CNG) with no driver intervention. In theory, and if it works as well as promised, it's a win-win for the vehicle owner and the environment.
Parked at the Gas Company office were six different gasoline-CNG hybrid vehicles. To demonstrate the technology's versatility (just about any gasoline vehicle may be modified) Carlab brought a varied assortment of bodystyles, each from a different automaker. After taking a quick glance at the half-dozen in the parking lot, we made a beeline for the performance-oriented Ford Mustang GT - a 2012 model - with the six-speed manual gearbox.

Ford Mustang GT350 seen and heard in motion for the first time

Fri, 27 Sep 2013

We just recently saw our first spy shots of the next-gen hi-po Ford Mustang slated to replace the Shelby GT500, but now we're getting our first look - and listen - of prototypes captured on video. Mustang6g.com has the video (along with some different spy shots), which show that, if nothing else, SVT knows how to tune an exhaust system. The :50 mark is a good example of this, but fast-forward to around 2:00 where the driver revs the engine and really gets on the throttle hard taking off from a stop.
There's still no definitive evidence that the next-gen SVT Mustang - said to be called GT350 - will be naturally aspirated, but it sounds just as menacing as the current Shelby GT500. While the video posted below exhibits the sort of quality that is to be expected from someone driving while trying to film someone who is attempting to elude being filmed, it's still exciting to see and hear this new Mustang in motion.
