New HEI distributor with new plugs and wires. chrome valve covers and air cleaner. All new belts, hoses, filters etc. New chrome side pipes.
This van runs and drives perfect. You can drive this van across country.
The body is mostly original paint. Very Very straight with all original panels. The rain drip edge along the top is showing surface rust. The bottom of driver door is starting to show some minimal surface rust and there is a small spot under rear driverside window that has been brush touched.
Over all this is a super cool van that looks and runs great!!! It's hard to find a van still around today that was customized in the 70's. It speaks for itself. Please bid with confidence..

Translogic 180: Zombie 222 Electric '68 Mustang
Wed, Jul 15 2015Translogic heads to Austin, TX for a chance to drive the all-electric Zombie 222, a 1968 Ford Mustang converted by Mitch Medford and his team at Blood Shed Motors. "I wanted to start a company that would do nothing but specialize in converting vintage iconic cars into supercars," said Medford. The Zombie 222 has classic looks, but modern performance with over 800 horsepower and 1,800 ft-lbs of torque, making it the fastest electric car we've ever driven on Translogic. Those mind-blowing specs helped the Zombie 222 conquer the Texas Mile, setting the electric speed record at 174.2 miles per hour. "The Zombie 222 has been breaking electric records, said Medford. "Now it's time to break records—gas or electric." Next up for Medford and his Zombie 222 is a Kickstarter-funded attempt at 200 miles per hour. But first, we take a turn behind the wheel. Ford reflects on radical Mustang concept that never reached showrooms
Tue, 25 Jun 2013The Ford Mustang that we all know and love made major waves in the auto industry way back in 1964 by offering style and reasonable pricing with optional V8 power. Its long hood and short rear deck, combined with a low-slung and sporty cockpit, made a lasting impression in the minds of consumers and car designers alike, and its basic shape has so endured the test of time that it's still in use today.
This being the case, you may be interested to know that the first Mustang of 1964.5 wasn't actually the first Mustang at all, being preceded by a concept car that made its public debut in 1962. This concept was nothing like the car that would eventually make it into production, with a radical wedge shape and a small V4 engine sitting behind the car's two occupants, driving the rear wheels. In other words, the conceptual Mustang was pretty much the complete opposite of the production Mustang besides the name.
Ford has kindly decided go through its massive archive to bring the original Mustang concept back into the public eye. The company goes so far as to pose this question to fans of the pony car: "Should we borrow a few of these style elements for the next iteration of the Mustang?" Check out our image gallery above and then let 'em know what you think in the Comments below.
2015 Ford Mustang already under recall, but just 53 units
Sun, 19 Oct 2014Ford has issued a small - but significant - recall for one of its spotlight cars: the 2015 Mustang.
The recall affects just 53 cars, with 50 in the United States and three in Canada. Ford said the passenger side safety belt buckle tension sensor may not have been calibrated properly by the supplier. This could lead to "misclassification" of the passenger seat occupant, and could cause the airbag to deploy improperly.
A Ford spokesperson didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. In a statement, the automaker said it is not aware of any accidents or injuries, and dealers will replace the buckle assembly at no cost to customers. The cars affected were built at Flat Rock Assembly Plant in Michigan from Aug. 18 to Oct. 2.
