Police Interceptor - P71 - Sap - Real Low Miles - Only 54hours - Excellent on 2040-cars
Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, United States
2009 Ford Crown Vic P-71. Finished in NORSEA BLUE, the most "lusted" after color for a P71, this car is in excellent condition and is probably one of the nicest that you'll come across. Never seeing actual police service, this car was a FBI unit from southern Virginia and normally only being driven by one agent. The mileage is a documented 45,101 with ONLY 54 idle hours. The options include the "street appearance package" with dark charcoal velour seats, power windows, power door locks, power driver seat w/lumbar, adjustable pedals, tilt wheel, cruise control, am/fm/cd radio, power trunk, full size spare, FFV engine and EVERYTHING heavy duty. There are NO holes in the body, the seats or the dash. It looks as if no one has ever sat in the back seat. You will not find a nicer, cleaner P71. This car just sits in the garage and is seldom used, but when it does make it to the highway, it will part traffic right now. I reserve the right to end this auction early, due to the fact that this vehicle is also for sale locally. You may email or call me with questions at any time 724-833-0667. |

2014 Ford Fiesta ST priced from $21,400* [w/poll]
Tue, 26 Feb 2013The 2014 model year brings a whole host of changes to Ford's Fiesta B-Segment fighter, the most important of which (to our enthusiast eyes, anyway) is the addition of a potent new ST model. The US-spec hot hatch was first shown at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show last November, and thanks to Ford's build-and-price site, we've now learned that the Fiesta ST will slide in at $21,400 when it goes on sale later this year (*not including $795 for destination).
Under the hood of the ST is a turbocharged 1.6-liter EcoBoost inline-four good for 197 horsepower and 214 pound-feet of torque, mated solely to a six-speed manual transmission. Ford hasn't released performance data on its pint-sized puncher just yet, but know that these numbers make the Fiesta ST ever-so-slightly more powerful than the larger Volkswagen GTI while returning an estimated 34 miles per gallon on the highway.
Elsewhere in the lineup, the standard Fiesta also gets a smattering of improvements for the 2014 model year, including a new 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine and revised exterior styling. Pricing for the 2014 Fiesta sedan starts at $14,000, with the five-door model adding $600 to that number (again excluding the $795 destination fee).
2014 Ford Fusion order guide reveals new base Hybrid model, equipment changes
Tue, 23 Apr 2013We've gotten our grubby little digits on the dealer order guide for the as-yet-unreleased 2014 Ford Fusion thanks to an anonymous tipster, and while there isn't much that's unexpected, there are some meaningful equipment changes to report after the rakish sedan's first year on the market.
Mechanically, the big news is, of course, the recently confirmed availability of the 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder paired with a six-speed automatic. The powertrain replaces the 1.6-liter automatic setup of 2013, though if you want a manual transmission, you'll still get the extra .1-liter of displacement.
On the equipment front, there are newly available rear inflatable seatbelts - as seen previously on the Explorer - along with a new heated steering wheel and cooled seat option on Titanium and Titanium Hybrid models (the latter two options will be late availability).
Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang is a track-day weapon with 500 hp
Mon, 17 Nov 2014
Ford promises more than 500 horsepower and a torque peak above 400 lb-ft.
The wait is finally over. After months of spy shots, rumor and innuendo, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off its new Shelby GT350. Judging by the spec sheet and the promises being made - especially that the Shelby GT350 will be "an all-day track car that's also street legal" - the wait appears to have been worth it.
