Mechanically- X5 Axle ratio drives very smoothly. Just serviced with new oil change, rear end fluid is clean, new air filter, A/C is ice cold, heat blows hot. This vehicle is nice and tight, smooth and quiet with no issues. Vehicle has (4) newer matching Goodyear newer RS-A 235/55/17 tires with good front and rear brakes. Transmission shifts nice and smooth and engine operates as it should. There are no leaks of any kind and this vehicle is ready for its new home. 

Exterior-is nice and clean. There are no exterior holes on the rood or trunk. Paint is nice and shiny!  There are three plugged holes on the roof.  There are a few dings on the vehicle from being in service that can be corrected with PDR.

Interior- Seat are clean with very minimal wear.  Vehicle was just detailed and is nice and clean.  Interior features include clean seats/headliner and seat belts.
