Thank You. 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, Ex Commander's Vehicle with 119K original miles and only 211 idle hours. Like new conditions, everything works in the car, California car - no rust. The car is original silver/with a tiny touch of bronze - a very rare and unique color - NOT a repaint, paint code is (HG). The paint is super sharp and shiny and I give it a 10 out of 10 - no door dings what so ever. The car still looks and drives very nice, no holes anywhere in or out of the car, carpet floors, Cold A/C, heather works, defroster works fine, AM/FM stereo, working cruise control, all seat belts and buckles in place, car came with full window tint all around (light on front and medium on rear) all (4) windows and doors fully operational, tires are in great conditions all around (235/55/17 by Goodyear Eagle RSA), CLEAN TITLE, no accidents, has a full spare tire. Everything works in the car. Pink slip and documents on hand, Smogged, Sold as is. Very fast car that needs nothing and is ready to go! READY FOR WORK AND ROAD READY!! Ford Australia pulls the ol' talking car prank
Mon, 07 Apr 2014Siri from Apple has proven that being able to talk to your technology doesn't always work perfectly. But what if it could eventually go far enough to give a personality to inanimate objects like our cars? Ford took just this path to comedic effect by playing a prank on many unsuspecting Australians, in a new commercial for its EcoSport compact crossover.
The Aussies seem very nonchalant about having a random parked car talk to them, and they seem surprisingly game when it asks them to get in, call a celebrity and tell a joke. Ford recalls Five Hundred, Mercury Montego sedans over fuel tank woes
Mon, 18 Jul 2011Ford has announced through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that it is recalling nearly 3,000 examples of its Five Hundred and Mercury Montego (pictured) sedans from the 2007 model year.
The action, which affects 2,945 vehicles, is due to potentially defective welds between the filler neck and the fuel tank, a condition that could result in a fuel leak or the smell of gasoline reaching the occupants. In the worst-case scenario, a leak could cause a fire. Cars with the affected fuel tank problem could see an illuminated dashboard warning light as a result of the evaporative emissions leak being detected.
Ford will inspect and replace the fuel tank at no cost to owners (those who have already had the procedure done at-cost can apply for reimbursement), and the Dearborn automaker will begin notifying Five Hundred and Montego owners beginning August 15. Last 2014 Ford Shelby GT500 Convertible nets $500k for charity at Barrett-Jackson [w/video]
Tue, 13 Aug 2013The last 2014 Ford Shelby GT500 Convertible was sold on Saturday at a Barrett-Jackson auction in Reno, Nevada, for $500,000. Ford donated the Mustang to be auctioned for charity, and all of the money is going to the Brain Injury Association of America.
Parnelli Jones, winner of the 1963 Indianapolis 500, was there on behalf of the BIAA with his son Page, who suffered a brain injury in a sprint car crash in 1994. The bidding increased quickly, reaching $500k in no time, spreading a bit more hope to people who live with brain injuries.
The winning bidder will be able to choose the GT500's exterior, interior and stripe colors, and is scheduled to receive the car, signed by Parnelli Jones in appreciation for the donation, by the end of 2013. Watch the video below to see the auction-block action.
