1990 Ltd Crown Victoria Station Wagon/great Condition/runs Great, Classic Wagon on 2040-cars
Up for sale is my 1990 LTD Crown Victoria Station Wagon. Very nice Florida car only. I have owned this car for nine years and purchased from the original owner. The car is all stock and no mods. This is a nice station wagon with a very good interior and good exterior. It runs excellent and had recent new front brakes including wheel cylinders and new goodyear tires. Very little road rash on Ford turbin style wheels. The exhaust was replaced from the catalytic converter back. All the glass is intact. At this time the odometer is not working and shows about 115,000 miles. Gas gauge not working. The front power windows work but the rear windows stall sometime. I have some pics of a couple of small dents as shown. A/C not working now These station wagons have a following and I always enjoy driving it. It drives smooth. This was the last year(1990) Ford made the station wagon before the start of the minivan era. They are beginning to be a rarity on the streets and I always get comments from other's---that there family had one in the 80's and 90's. Perhaps not high on the collector car list---though there are lots of collectors of station wagons. Drive back into the 90's when a lot of baby boomers rode in these cool wagons. Thanks for looking. You may contact me for further questions at 386-292-5617(please call after 11am daily because I work a late shift) Reasonable offers considered.

Ken Block's Gymkhana 8 to feature Dubai Police cars?
Tue, Feb 23 2016Yesterday we showed you the shiny Ford Fiesta that Ken Block will slide, spin, and hoon through the next Gymkhana video. In case the image above isn't clear, that video will drop at midnight EST on February 30th on the Ford Performance YouTube channel. We don't know all the entire premise of the video yet, but this Tweet from the man himself reveals that the video will be set in Dubai. Block is standing on the Fiesta we saw yesterday, and arrayed behind him are a handful of those famous Dubai Police cars you're probably familiar with. The force has a fleet of sportscars and supercars, and the purpose is outreach and goodwill among its citizenry, not necessarily the pursuit of criminals. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. From left to right, we can see a Maserati GranTurismo, Porsche 911, what looks to be a Nissan GT-R obscured by Block's Fiesta, a McLaren (likely a 650S), Ford Mustang, and a Ferrari 599 of some ilk. Will they take part? Maybe Block will try and run from what might be the most horsepower-intensive police fleet in the world. We'll have answers (and a few minutes of pure Block hooniganism) in a few days. Related Video:
Former Ford president, Jaguar chairman Nick Scheele dead at 70
Sun, 20 Jul 2014We have the privilege here at Autoblog of reporting a lot of good news, but it is our duty as well to report the bad news and sad news as well. And this is one of those occasions as the automotive industry mourns the passing of one of its leaders.
Nick Scheele was born in the UK in 1944 and joined the Ford Motor Company upon graduating from the University of Durham in 1966, staying within the Blue Oval's portfolio for the entirety of his career. After moving to North America in 1978, he rose through the ranks to become president of Ford's Mexican operations in 1988. After acquiring Jaguar, Ford appointed Scheele as its chairman.
Scheele subsequently acted as chairman of all of Ford's European operations, making difficult decisions to take the division out of the red and into the black. He briefly headed up Ford's North American division before he was appointed in 2001 as president and chief operating officer of the global automaker, working under CEO Bill Ford following the departure of Jacques Nasser departure and retaining the role until his retirement in 2005.
The history and future of the Ford Bronco
Tue, 17 Jun 2014
Some have suggested that the Bronco's demise was hastened by the fallout from the O.J. trial.
Twenty years ago today, ex-NFL linebacker Al "A.C." Cowlings drove his friend and onetime running back Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson on a parade lap of the Los Angeles highway system and onto an ignoble page of the history books. If you're in your late 20s or older, or a fastidious young student of 1990s American history, you're absolutely aware that Al and O.J.'s steed for the 'chase' was a white Ford Bronco. The white Ford Bronco, even.
