Eight Rusty Early Broncos For One Money In Florida on 2040-cars
Fort Meade, Florida, United States
Attention All Early Bronco 66-77 Enthusiasts: I have an entire LOT of Broncos and parts up for your consideration. All of these vehicles are located in Fort Meade, FL 33841, and need to be paid for IN FULL and picked up within 2 weeks of the auction ending date. There is equipment on this property to load them all on trailers. We will help with loading them on your trailer or truck, but we will NOT ship them. PICK UP ONLY!! First of all, I have one clear Florida Title and one clear South Carolina Title for 2 of these trucks. Second, NONE of these trucks run! The first Bronco is pretty much complete with a 302 V8, automatic transmission, Dana 44 front end, 9 rear end, transfer case, body, doors and top. The top is in good condition from what I can tell, but it does have one small rust spot on the right rear corner. The truck is rusty. The second one was disassembled for restoration, but was never done. All body parts are in dry storage, and everything should be there to put it back together. I did not see a rear seat, so it may or may not exist, Im gonna say NOT .just to be on the safe side. And it does not have a top. The body/tub is in good condition with minimal rust. The drive train is also all there and complete. It has a 302 V8, manual transmission, transfer case, 9 rear end and Dana 44 front end. This was supposedly a running and driving truck prior to disassembly. The frame is outside but the engine is covered. The third one is a frame with a rusty body, 9 rear end and 44 front ONLY! The forth one is a frame ONLY, with a 302 V8, manual transmission, transfer case, 9 rear end and 44 front. The fifth one is a frame with a rusty body, 302 V8, automatic transmission, this one does NOT have a rear end, but does have a 44 front. Im not sure if the transfer case is there so once again, Im gonna say that its NOT. The sixth one is a frame with a rusty body, 6 cylinder, manual transmission, transfer case, 9 rear end and 44 front. The seventh one is a frame only with a 9 rear end and a Dana 44 front end. The eighth one is also just a frame with a 6 cylinder, manual transmission, transfer case, 9 rear end and 44 front. There is also an 80s model Bronco frame with an IFS front end and an 8.8 rear end, if the buyer wants it! If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. R.J. @ 863-698-9889. |

Ford confirms launch of new Tourneo vans and Ecosport in Europe for Geneva
Sun, 24 Feb 2013We've already seen plenty of what the Geneva Motor Show will have in store for us in less than two weeks, but most of the confirmed debuts that were announced so far have generally been luxury or performance cars. Ford, on the other hand, will be showing off a couple of its new family-friendly models for European buyers to enjoy.
On the larger side of things, the full range of Tourneo vans (shown above) will be on display, including the introduction of the new Tourneo Courier model, but Ford will also be showing off the all-new EcoSport crossover, which is based on the automaker's Global B platform and will be positioned beneath the Kuga, better known here as the Escape. The subcompact EcoSport was originally unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show last April.
Ford GT gets sexy shape and EcoBoost power [w/videos]
Mon, Jan 12 2015American automakers make vehicles of all shapes and sizes, but the one thing they almost invariably share in common is their front-engine layout. Niche offerings from the likes of SSC, Saleen and Vector (and the almost anecdotal Pontiac Fiero) aside, the most notable exception has been the Ford GT. And now it's back. Launched on the floor of the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, the new Ford GT picks up where the last one left off the better part of a decade ago similarly taking its cues from the original, Le Mans-winning GT40, but in a less retro, more modern form. Instead of the atmospheric V8 in the original or the supercharged one in the retro revival, the new GT packs a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 nestled in the middle of its wheelbase and driving "more than 600 horsepower" to the rear wheels. Although Ford hasn't revealed the specific output or performance figures, it says the engine Β derived from its Daytona Prototype unit and mated to a seven-speed DCT Β is its most powerful production EcoBoost ever. Fortunately it's got carbon-ceramic brakes to keep it all in check, packed into 20-inch wheels wearing Michelin Pilot Super Sport Cup 2 rubber. The discs aren't all that's made from carbon on the new Ford GT, though: it's built around a carbon monocoque with structural carbon-fiber body panels, but with aluminum sub-frames front and back. Ford designed the new GT with a narrower canopy than its predecessors, cutting the frontal aerodynamic profile and tapering towards the back. It's also equipped with active aero elements including an active rear wing. Upwards swinging doors ought to make ingress and egress easier to and from the cockpit that's fitted with fixed seats, adjustable pedals and F1-style steering wheel and a fully digital instrument cluster. The new GT is set to enter production next year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the GT40's famous 1-2-3 finish at the 1966 running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. By the time it does, we're sure Ford will let us know just how fast America's newest supercar will be.
A tribute to William Clay Ford
Tue, 11 Mar 2014The passing of William Clay Ford has been a big event for the company he spent most of his life helping run. Ford spent 57 years working for his family's company. Considering the Blue Oval has been around for over 100 years, WCF's passing is the end of an era for the Dearborn-based manufacturer.
Ford's YouTube channel has issued a short memorial video highlighting the life of the longest-lived grandson of company founder Henry Ford. It follows William Clay from his time as a boy, showing him alongside his grandfather, through his younger years, and into his twilight, as the patriarch of the Ford family.
Take a look below for this touching memorial video on William Clay Ford.
