Excellent condition all original and unmodified. 351W with C6 3 speed automatic transmission. No rust, original radio (light is burnt out), custom made console, inside mounted spare tire, but also included is the original back gate spare tire rack. Instrument cluster lens is cracked. Everything works except the cruise control and windshield washer spray pump. Doesn't smoke, but does have an oil leak on the back of the intake manifold. Runs great. Previous owner installed a shift kit, which I can't say I like, but is good for heavy trailer towing and does whine. Truck does have the factory tow option with heavy duty front (quad shock set-up), transmission cooler and larger radiator. Newly replaced, repaired, or serviced items in past 18 months = Paint, Master Cylinder, Battery, Alternator, Front Brakes and Bearings Greased, Tune Up (Plugs, Wires, Ignition Coil, Cap & Rotor, O2 Sensor, & Throttle Positioning Sensor), New A/C Compressor. Tires (BFG A/T 33x10.50) have 95% tread-life still in them. Have clean title in hand. Only reason for sale is that I've come across an even more
classic vehicle that I simply can't pass up and need the funds. |

2015 Roush Mustang lineup officially revealed

Just last week, Saleen revealed initial details of its tuning program for the new Ford Mustang. And now Roush is following suit.
Available in three stages - based on the V6 (RS), EcoBoost (RS1) and V8 (RS2) models - the 2015 Roush Mustangs all feature the venerable Ford tuner's latest R7 aero kit complete with remodeled fascia, five-blade grille, gaping air dam with integrated driving lamps and splitter. Around back there's a one-piece deck spoiler and "race-inspired lower aero-valance."
National Geographic Channel balances Ford F-150 on four coffee mugs
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Proving that there is still something to be learned on television these days, National Geographic Channel recently introduced a new series called Duck Quacks Don't Echo. On the first episode of this science/comedy show, host Michael Ian Black proposes the idea that a truck can be supported with a ceramic coffee mug under each wheel - yes, he says that the entire weight of a truck can be balanced on just four coffee mugs.
Looking to find out whether this is fact or myth, the show uses a regular cab Ford F-150, weighing in at 4,800 pounds, and four average coffee mugs. Lowered onto the mugs, the idea is quickly put to the test. Can the cups hold up under 4,800 pounds? If so, what, exactly, would it take to break them? Scroll down below to find out.

Mon, Oct 27 2014Worries over Brazil's electric grid mean EVs are excluded from green car incentives. As part of a new efficiency program, non-plug-in hybrids will be eligible for a reduction in import duties, while EVs and plug-in hybrids will not. Brazil's government is concerned that the country's grid lacks the capacity to handle the increased load from an influx of EVs. Brazil plans to create a new incentive program - perhaps a more inclusive one - when the current one expires at the end of 2015. Read more at Green Car Reports. Tesla could make SUV and wagon derivatives of the upcoming Model III sedan. Tesla's VP of engineering, Chris Porritt, told Auto Express that to reach as many customers as possible, Tesla would consider all its options. "SUVs, estates - who knows?" says Porritt. He also says that while the company is currently focused on products with a broader appeal, another Roadster or other sports car aren't out of the question in the future. Read more at Auto Express. Ford admits to a Tesla Model S teardown. Ford CEO Mark Fields says that after disassembling, reassembling and driving the model S, his company is "very familiar with that product." He also says the Ford has the capability to build a similarly high-tech, long-range electric car.
