Each year I have owned it (since 2006) it receives a full safety inspection each spring. All wear and tear is fixed and the car is prepared for the summer. It has a new suspension including wheels and tires. I had a stereo installed by a master who preserved the oem look while doing a no metal cut install. The power window motors and gears were replaced with difficult to find oem FMC parts. The alarm system included the addition of keyless entry on the remote. The original points ignition was temperamental so it was replaced with an electronic ignition that fit into the distributor. The oem look is preserved and the electronics could be removed and the points replaced. Other minor wear and tear things replaced as needed. This car is a safe fun summer car. This is a fun to drive car that deserves an owner with the time to drive it. It turns heads and puts smiles on faces, especially the driver's. It is a rare Mustang that people like to photograph. Mileage is slightly higher than what is shown in the photos, but not much. It has spent more time parked than on the road in the last few years. Appraised value shown but I am happy to take a solid 19k+ offer. Car is in storage in Gananoque Ontario. |

Cadillac ELR, Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas win Eyes on Design awards
Fri, 18 Jan 2013This year's annual Eyes on Design awards were presented at the end of press days for the Detroit Auto Show on Tuesday. Given out for the best production and concept car designs that debuted at the show, and voted on by an esteemed panel of actual car designers, this year's award for best production vehicle design went to the 2014 Cadillac ELR. The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, which was the show favorite among Autoblog editors, apparently did not impress the Eyes on Design judges enough with its all-new vent-festooned design.
The award for best concept design was actually split as a tie among the Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas concepts. Last year's winners were the 2013 Ford Fusion and the Lexus LF-LC concept.
The Eyes on Design organization also presented a new honor this year called the Catalyst Award to Bob Lutz, former Vice Chairman of General Motors. Lutz is reported to have given a defense of design in his acceptance speech, arguing that advancements in quality across the industry as a whole have made good design a key differentiator for buyers.

Show full video transcript text [00:00:00] Customers have spoken and automobile satisfaction is down in 2015. I'm Chris McGraw and this is your Autoblog Minute. The American Customer Satisfaction Index or ACSI released its updated numbers and according to the survey, new car buyer satisfaction is down for the third straight year. According to an ACSI press release, customer satisfaction with new automobiles has fallen 3.7 percent, to 79 on its 100-point scale. The ACSI report is based on over 4,100 customer surveys collected in the second quarter of 2015 Sitting at the top of the industry in customer satisfaction is Toyota's Lexus brand with a score of 84. Which was good enough to dethrone Mercedes-Benz, which fell 3% to a score of 83. Of the Big Three, Ford was the only domestic automaker to maintain overall customer satisfaction with its score of 81. General Motors slipped 3% to 79 and Fiat Chrysler had a 5% drop, registering a score of 75 out the possible 100. What's driving this trend of customer dissatisfaction?
