1974 Ford Gran Torino Elite 2 Door Hardtop 1 Owner Bought New Here 351 V8 A/c on 2040-cars
Here is a very nice ALL ORIGINAL 1 OWNER 1974 Ford Gran Torino that was bought new here in Bremen, Ga and has spent it's entire life here. It is unmolested and has always been well cared for and garaged. It is only showing 93,000 miles and that is believed to be the correct miles. All the original gauges work like they should, all the lights work inside and out and the A/C blows cold. This car has all it's original panels and is very straight down the sides as you would expect. Car came with a vinyl top which was removed and painted. Car has had 1 repaint about 5 years ago. Paint is in very good condition. The interior is also in good condition. The interior is white. Car is very solid and drives great. The tires are radial tires in good condition with plenty of tread left on them. I have the original Invoice from Bremen Motors of when the car was bought new showing all the options this car came with and also have the protecto plate. This is a very nice car for a very fair price. Only 1 rusted place on the bottom, of door jam on drivers side. ( see pic )
I reserve the right to end auction early if car sells locally. This car is being sold AS IS with no warranty given or implied in anyway. Pre Sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Any questions please ask. Thanks for your interest. I SELL AND SHIP WORLD WIDE!! |

TRANSLOGIC 147: CES 2014 Autonomous Vehicles
Wed, Jan 15 2014We head back to CES in Las Vegas to check on the progress of autonomous vehicles in 2014. We go hands-free on the highway with Audi, narrowly avoid a collision with Ford and hear all about BMW's drifting driverless car. But first we take a ride on Induct's self-driving Navia shuttle.
2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium
Mon, 28 Oct 2013You might not be interested in owning a subcompact (B-segment) hatchback for $20,000. Let's be clear from the get go here: there are any number of reasonable arguments for staying away from the highest-content versions of these small cars. Ford's player in the B-segment arena is the newly updated 2014 Fiesta, and the Titanium trim represents the most luxurious instantiation of the model. We recently were loaned a Fiesta Titanium for a week, whose final sticker price hit $20,390, with navigation being the only standalone option added to the bottom line. By way of comparison, the most basic version of the all new, one-segment-up Mazda3 hatchback costs $19,740 with delivery and destination accounted for, and no options added on.
Hold on to that thought for a moment, we'll get back to it.
Ford E-Series chassis cabs and cutaways to survive mass Transit onslaught
Fri, 18 Apr 2014In March 2013, Ford announced we'd be getting chassis cab and cutaway versions of the Transit. Since incoming Transit vans will soon be rolling over the grave of the E-Series van, it was assumed that all E-Series models would go six feet under as well. According to a report from PickupTrucks.com, however, that's not the case, the report claiming that the highly modifiable E-350 and E-450 chassis cab and cutaway versions will continue being produced in Avon Lake, Ohio "at least until 2020."
Being decades old, the be-cabbed E-Series platform has found its way under an army of heavy-duty shuttle buses, work truck and ambulances. Ford spokeswoman Jessica Enoch verified the production horizon, telling Autoblog that the particular E-Series configuration "are a higher GVWR than the Transit chassis cab and cutaway (available this summer), which is more Class 2 and a new segment for us." So there you have it.
