1962 Thunderbird Convertable on 2040-cars
Marshall, Texas, United States
I am selling my 1962 Thunderbird convertible as I do not have time to drive it or restore it as I had planed. New house, kids work and another project vehicle. I have had this car for 5 years . I have replaced the brake drums and pads, new fuel tank, a couple of the convertible top electrical relays, water pump and fuel pump (Last month). The carburetor was sent of to Pony Carburetors in New Mexico for a complete rebuild about 1500 miles ago. This has been a good driver car but here is a list of issues or things needing replacement or repair. Needs all new tires, needs all new weather striping primarily on the soft top. The top itself has just recently decided to not come up from the down position. I think it is a relay for the main deck lid motors are turning. The Generator is not charging well. Interior is in great (not perfect) condition. No rips or tears or cracks. The car is black on black with a light blue top that is also in great condition. The rear window is a bit discolored. It has electric windows that all work, but.....when it hasn't been driven in a while and cold, the two small passenger windows seem to be real slow or stuck. May just need cleaning. Odometer shows 4205 miles but I doubt its original. This car is originally from Northern California. I believe it was restored back in late 70's or early 80's. Looks like there was a repair to the right rear quarter panel back then. has a little wave to the panel. It runs very good once warmed up. I am selling it as is where is with no warranty. I have been as honest as I can and hide nothing. If you have any question message me on here and I will do the best I can to answer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping or storage fees. I can keep in my barn for a while but not overly long at $20.00 a day after auctions end. I require $500.00 to be deposited at auctions end to my account and full payment within 3 days and before pickup. If help is need for shipping arrangements I will be happy to help. Thank you Bruce |

2015 Ford Mustang dealer order guide surfaces
Tue, 13 May 2014Details about the all-new, 2015 Ford Mustang continue to leak out. In fact, at this point, it's more of a stream than a drip. Its option prices are already available, and now the full ordering guide is on the web for all of the trims thanks to the Mustang 6G forum. Ford is rapidly running out of secrets to keep about its new sports coupe.
The 21-page guide can be perused in the gallery below and contains all of the standard features, colors, options codes, descriptions. Generally everything you might want to know about the 'Stang is there, other than its price or power. It even shows off the available wheel designs.
The guide finally gives away the contents of the Performance Package for the EcoBoost and GT trims. The EcoBoost's package includes: A larger rear sway bar, new chassis tuning, larger brake rotors, 19-inch black wheels, retuned driver assistance systems, an aluminum dash panel, added gauge pack, 3.55 limited slip rear differential, larger radiator, heavy-duty front springs and spoiler delete. When the options pricing leaked, it indicated the package would cost $1,995. If that is the case, it seems like quite a deal.

2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium
Mon, 28 Oct 2013You might not be interested in owning a subcompact (B-segment) hatchback for $20,000. Let's be clear from the get go here: there are any number of reasonable arguments for staying away from the highest-content versions of these small cars. Ford's player in the B-segment arena is the newly updated 2014 Fiesta, and the Titanium trim represents the most luxurious instantiation of the model. We recently were loaned a Fiesta Titanium for a week, whose final sticker price hit $20,390, with navigation being the only standalone option added to the bottom line. By way of comparison, the most basic version of the all new, one-segment-up Mazda3 hatchback costs $19,740 with delivery and destination accounted for, and no options added on.
Hold on to that thought for a moment, we'll get back to it.
