Very Clean In & Out! Runs & Looks Good! Nicely Equipped! Check Out This Taurus! on 2040-cars
Wickliffe, Ohio, United States
Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 2004 Ford Taurus SES! This car has the following options: Only 102,006 MILES! 3.0L V-6/Automatic Transmission Power Steering and Brakes AM/FM/CD Stereo Air Conditioning Leather Interior Power Tilt/Sliding Sunroof Tilt Wheel/Cruise Control Power Windows/Locks/Mirrors Power Driver’s Seat Rear Spoiler This is an excellent-running, well-equipped Taurus SES. It starts easily, and we believe all options are in working condition. The factory radio will have to be reconnected as the previous owner had an aftermarket radio in it and never reconnected the original when it was reinstalled. The body is in nice shape and no visible rust. It has a nice, clean leather interior that is in excellent shape. This is really a very low-mileage car for the year, so the lucky winner will be getting a very reliable automobile. It has a powerful, yet economical V-6 engine, so you get the best of both worlds. The tires are all in good shape, the brakes stop very well, and the air conditioning blows ice cold! This is a great car to drive as it’s not too big or too small. It’s just right. It rides and drives as well as or better than many cars of similar size! It would make a great first car for a young driver or a great daily commuter! If you’re thinking about bidding and you’re not far away, we invite you to stop by, check it out, and take it for a ride! Check out more pictures of this beautiful Taurus at the following link! CLICK HERE FOR THE TAURUS PICTURES ON PHOTOBUCKET! The car must be paid for within 48 hours after the end of the auction in cash or by wire transfer!! This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). We are RITA Auto Sales in Wickliffe, Ohio! This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder when the auction is over will win the car. Every time you bid on the car keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be the owner, so your bid means something. We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We need the car paid for within 48 hours, as stated above, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30-day tag, it’s $18.50. We handle the transfer of the title. We will also have to collect the tax for your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina or Washington. Next-gen Ford Cobra Jet development underway, but will it be a Mustang?
Wed, 09 Oct 2013Ford might be stepping away from the NHRA, but it isn't abandoning drag racing altogether. Hot Rod says that Ford confirmed a next-gen Cobra Jet factory drag racer is in the works, but the report also speculates that a new Cobra Jet could switch away from the Mustang nameplate.
Even though talk of a new Cobra Jet coincides with the all-new 2015 Mustang, the lack of confirmation for the dragster's platform leaves Hot Rod to guess that the car might switch to another platform - specifically a front-drive-based, unibody car like the Fusion or Taurus. We'd hate to think of a world with a NASCAR-ized dragster from Ford Racing, but it's also highly unlikely that the Mustang Cobra Jet would step away from its quarter-mile rivals like the Chevy COPO Camaro and Dodge Challenger Drag Pak.
Ford F-150 RaptorTrax is Ken Block's ultimate snowmobile
Tue, 21 Jan 2014Even when Ken Block isn't starring in the latest Gymkhana video or tearing up Global RallyCross courses, he's finding new ways to redefine "awesome" as it applies to motorsports. For evidence of this, look no further than Block's latest Monster-badged creation, the Ford F-150 RaptorTrax.
Billed as the "world's fastest snowcat," the RaptorTrax started life as a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, and then a set of Mattracks were put in place where the truck's bead-locked wheels and meaty rubber once resided. The goal was to create a truck that made it easier - and presumably more fun - for Block and his buddies to hit the slopes on their snowboards. Aside from the obvious track upgrades, this truck also received a Whipple supercharger, full roll cage, Recaro seats, an in-bed snowboard rack, a roof basket and a rear-mounted winch - you know, just in case something or someone actually manages to get this truck stuck.
The RaptorTrax will be on display later this week at the Winter X Games in Apsen, CO, but we'll have to wait until next winter for a full Block-worthy video of the truck. A full press release from Hoonigan Racing Division is posted below, and a high-res image can be found by clicking above.
Plethora of 2015 Ford F-150 customs runs the gamut at SEMA
Wed, 05 Nov 2014
Of Ford's customized trucks, two feature the name of famous Ford racers.
Of all the OEMs making appearances at the 2014 SEMA show, Ford owns arguably the most significant group of vehicles, thanks to its new 2015 F-150 and Mustang. While you can look for our Mustang coverage soon, we've managed to sneak out and get snaps of some of a few of the F-150s on display at the company's sprawling, 20,000-square-foot display (look for even more aftermarket F-150 goodness in the coming days).
