Eagle Financial Services of Kentucky, Inc accepts payment by:
A) Debit card. In person requires photo ID for the card holder. Debit card by telephone requires card holders photo ID and a signed authorization via fax to: (502) 352-2227.
B) Certified Check, Money Order upon pickup. Photo ID is required at time of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all licensing requirements and fees, taxes, trip permits etc., in buyer's State of residence.
C) Cash. We do not keep cash in the office, so the exact amount of the bid must be presented.
*We have had an issue with a debit payment showing up as a cash advance. We run all transactions as credit, and have no control over this. Buyers may want to contact their credit provider to insure that this will not occur with the card you will be using.
WE reserve the right to cancel the sale of this vehicle early. This vehicle is a repossession, and the customer can redeem the vehicle during the course of the sale. We may also cancel the sale if any other legal issues arise, etc.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for eBay Auction Sales : Winning bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of Winning Bid. - No Exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. If the deposit is not received with 48 hours of the close of auction, or the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or to sell it to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer. Vehicle must be removed within (10) calendar days from the end of auction or you will incur a $20 per day storage fee. At any time after the tenth (10) day: whether the vehicle is paid for in full or there is just a deposit, we reserve the right to charge for, and/or retain storage charges from the payments. We will also re-list the vehicle, or sell it to the next highest bidder, or any other qualified buyer.
Legal dispute: Choice of Venue and Law: Purchase and Seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved using Kentucky law, and that any suit must be brought by filing in Franklin County, Kentucky.
Typographical and factual errors: In the event that there are material errors on the description of the item, Buyer and Seller may agree to complete the sale. If the Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error, Buyer shall be titled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in out of pocket expenses.
In the event that a sale is not concluded due to a typographical or factual error, Seller may agree to release Buyer out of the eBay auction winner's obligation when Buyer agrees to, and completes, the posting of positive or neutral feedback. Seller will then post positive or neutral feedback. In no event shall Seller be responsible for any other expenses or damages of any kind, regardless of the nature of the error. Automakers tussle over owners of 'orphan' makes
Thu, 10 May 2012When General Motors put down several of its brands in recent years, it also let loose thousands of brand-loyal customers who will eventually need another car.
R.L. Polk Associates estimates there are more than 18 million cars from 16 discontinued makes on the road today. Those "orphan owners" have sales-hungry competitors seeing dollar signs. GM is offering Saturn owners $1,000 cash toward a Chevy Cruze, Cadillac CTS or a GMC Acadia. Ford is giving its Mercury lease customers a chance to get out of their contracts with no early-termination penalty and offering to waive six remaining payments if they drive off in a Ford or Lincoln.
Edmunds.com research shows the efforts are paying off somewhat for GM, with 39 percent of Pontiac owners, 37 percent of Hummer owners and 31 percent of Saturn owners taking delivery of another GM-branded vehicle. But that leaves as much as 69 percent of owners going elsewhere. Ford, Honda and Toyota seem to be attracting many former GM owners.
Ford rakes in record $2.5b profit during Q1 of 2016
Thu, Apr 28 2016Fears that the auto industry is due for a downturn may be fading. Ford posted record profits in the first quarter of 2016, the company announced Thursday. Chief financial officer Bob Shanks said Ford enjoyed its best quarterly performance in history, generating operating profits of $3.8 billion and a record profit margin of 9.8 percent. Overall, the company's $2.5 billion profit in the quarter more than doubled from the 2015 quarterly results. "The first quarter was an absolutely terrific start to the year, an all-time record for the company, with very strong performance across the business," said chief executive officer Mark Fields. "We're excited about our future and confident in our ability to deliver long-term growth and profitability as we expand our business model to be both an auto and a mobility company." During the quarter, Ford announced the creation of Ford Smart Mobility, a new subsidiary that would vet future mobility projects in the realm of car-sharing, fractional ownership and autonomous deployment. The company also kicked off a billion-dollar makeover of its Dearborn, Michigan campus and headquarters. The company's after-tax earnings of $0.68 per share trumped Wall Street's expectations, and were significantly up from $0.39 per share a year ago. The results were buoyed by the company's fourth consecutive quarter of growth in Europe, which comes after a long period of stagnant sales. Ford's earnings results come amid reports that April car sales are on pace to jump 4 percent year over year, which would make it the best-selling April in history. Kelley Blue Book projects that car sales will reach 1.51 million this month, placing the industry on track for 17.5 million vehicles sold in 2016. Even as SUV and crossover sales drive the market, analysts say Nissan and Honda are positioned to benefit from renewed interest in mid-size cars. "Following a disappointing March, we expect sales to get back on track in April with SAAR in the mid-17 million range," said Tim Fleming, analyst for Kelley Blue Book. "Increased fleet sales and rising incentive spending among automakers remain the factors to watch, but the retail demand appears to be holding steady, signaling the industry's strong run isn't over quite yet." Detroit 3 small cars lay an egg in latest Consumer Reports reliability study
Tue, 28 Oct 2014Consumer Reports has released its Annual Auto Reliability Survey and the results are, in a word, interesting. While we already covered the score-damaging effects of infotainment systems, there's another big angle to the data that's getting some attention - the utterly dismal scores of the Detroit Three's small car offerings.
The turbocharged Dodge Dart and Chevrolet Cruze, as well as the Ford Fiesta were their respective brands' lowest-scoring models, a stat that's made worse by the fact that the American automakers finished 25th, 21st and 23rd, respectively.
That's not acceptable for The Detroit Free Press' auto critic, Mark Phelan, who has penned a scathing critique of the D3's small car reliability scores, arguing that GM, Ford and Chrysler are "out of excuses."
