YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1930 MODEL A FORD. (1980 SHAY REPRODUCTION.) THIS VEHICLE HAS A FULLY SERVICED 2.3 LITER FORD 4 CYLINDER ENGINE. IT HAS A JUST REBUILT TRANSMISSION. THE STANDARD HEADLIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACE WITH REPRODUCTION STAINLESS STEEL HEADLIGHTS WITH GLASS LENSES. THE PLASTIC TAILLIGHTS HAVE ALSO BEEN REPLACED WITH STAINLESS STEEL LIGHTS WITH GLASS LENSES. THE CRAPPY STOCK STEERING WHEEL HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED WITH A BANJO TYPE STEERING WHEEL WITH A LEATHER WRAPPED ALUMINUM STEERING WHEEL, WITH AND ALUMUNUM HUB. IT HAS THE "AOOOOGA" STYLE HORN. IT HAS THE COMPLETE TOP AND WINDOWS THAT RETRACT, AS WELL AS CAN BE COMPLETELY REMOVED. THE TIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND THE RIMS HAVE BEEN FRESHLY PAINTED GUARDS RED. THE REAR BRAKES HAVE BEEN CLEANED AND ADJUSTED. THE BATTERY HAS BEEN REPLACED AS WELL AS THE STARTER BEING REPLACED. IT IS EQUIPTED WITH LEATHER "TRUNK" MOUNTED TO THE REAR WITH CHROME FRAME. THE PLUGS HAVE BEEN CHANGED, PLUGS AND WIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED. THE CARB HAS JUST BEEN REBUILT AND THE AIR FILTER CHANGED. THE SEATS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION WITH NO HOLES OR BLEMISHES IN THE MATERIAL. IT HAS THE 2 POD GAUGE UNIT. IT HAS ONE SPARE TIRE/ RIM.

2013 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year finalists announced [w/poll]
Wed, 12 Dec 20122012 is almost in the books and automakers are spending December gearing up for the 2013 auto show season, which tips off next month at the Detroit Auto Show. Traditionally, the latter opens up with the announcement of the North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year awards, and this year figures to be no different.
But up until this moment, we didn't know which six vehicles would be parked ahead of the stage as finalists, with executives and engineers waiting for the winners to be disclosed. Whittled down from October's "short list" of nominees (11 cars and 10 truck/utility vehicles), the finalists are as follows:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is a treasure trove for auto enthusiasts, especially those who double as conspiracy theorists.
Why has Toyota applied to trademark "Supra," the name of one of its legendary sports cars, even though it hasn't sold one in the United States in 16 years? Why would General Motors continue to register "Chevelle" long after one of the most famous American muscle cars hit the end of the road? And what could Chrysler possibly do with the rights to "313," the area code for Detroit?
Ford bringing 10 custom Transit Connects to SEMA
Tue, 29 Oct 2013With 57 vehicles planned for its SEMA display, it comes as little surprise that Ford has plenty of teasers for its show cars. After showing us what it has in store for the Mustang, Fiesta and Focus ST, now we're getting a look at some of the custom creations based on the redesigned 2014 Transit Connect van.
These nine Transit Connects are decked out to various degrees of customization, but our favorite might be the chopped and lowered Transit Connect from Mob Steel (shown above), which has a similar slammed stance that we see on some custom VW Buses. On the opposite extreme, LGE & CTS Motorsports has jacked up a Transit Connect to make a Cross Country cruiser that we wouldn't mind taking on a road trip.
