For sale. A 1964 ford 4 door hard top. Yes it runs and drives. Only thing that doesnt works is the power steering. Ive rebuilt it twice but still leaks . (There are places who rebuild this unit to be new again) Currently titled and insured in my name. Has custom wyoming plates but they dont go with the car. Ive owned this car since 2000. Drive it like it is or use as a parts car for your 2 door ford that doesnt have the xl package. Interior is all there. They are blankets and can be removed from the seats but the seats will need redone they arent permanent. White paint and fading is from being hand applied. If interested contact me. Front springs are cut 1 and half coils and 2 inch lowering blocks in the rear. 352 with a 3 speed automatic. 12 volt system . 2 years ago i replaced the rear main seal and timing chain. Was a 2 barrel carb setup now has a 4 barell motorcraft carb. Rear quarters need replaced. Last owner was in an accident and the right rear was hit. So he tried too fix it himself but it didnt work. They can be bought new from several venders. Red exterior and red interior. Xl bucket seats and flor shift in the console. Factory am radio is in the dash and it works just isnt hooked to any speaker. Cd player is in the console and can be removed if so. The metal push button rod for the transmission shift lock has broken and need to be replaced. So when you shift it in to PARK it wont latch like its suppose too. Simple fix. Coker wide whites bias ply few years old size 14 inch. Any other questions please contact me. Can store the vehicle if need be with it being winter time never know what the roads will be like. I just had this out a few days ago around town. Local pick up and can help assit in loading.

All funds must clear my bank before the title in my name is signed over. Its too protect my intrest and yours. Fair is fair.

Added new photos today 2/20/2013 showing areas of rust and damage. No frame rot and no floor rot. The trunk mat is factory and is glued down in places and some place are torn and can be moved but i dont see any rust holes or rot. And yes the car wanders cause they are bias ply coker white whites and they roll with road like the modern day tires do.

Ford announces free brake pad offer if customers stop by dealers

Mon, 04 Aug 2014

These days, when you buy a new car, it's not unreasonable to expect a certain period of free maintenance to come along as well. Sometimes this is through the life of the warranty, in other cases a little less. But Ford Motor Company is going beyond those deals for at least one part of its cars. As of now, if you buy a set of Motorcraft brake pads for a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury model, you get free replacements for as long as you own the vehicle. The offer is good at Ford or Lincoln dealers and Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centers.
"We will replace the pads for as long as you own the vehicle," said Elizabeth Weigandt to Autoblog. She did clarify that the Motorcraft pads are generally for models from the '90s or newer. Also, to take advantage of this program, a person must return to the same dealer each time to get the free parts.
Of course, Ford isn't just handing out brake pads to anyone who walks by; there are certain stipulations. First, the components have to be worn down to less than three millimeters to be eligible, and the buyer still has to pay for the labor to install them. If the model is used as a fleet vehicle for commercial purposes like as a taxi or limousine, this offer also doesn't apply; the same thing for racecars. On the plus side, if you recently bought a set of pads from one of the participating locations, you're still in luck. The deal covers parts purchased as of July 1.

Ford 3D-printing Mustang out of chocolate and candy for Valentine's Day

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

Is your beloved in love with the new 2015 Ford Mustang? Do they like chocolate (that's a trick question - everyone likes chocolate)? Are they a bit of a futurist? Then this Hallmark holiday, you need to get them this Ford Mustang, 3D-printed in sweet, delicious chocolate.
Ford is teaming with 3D Systems' Sugar Lab in LA to produce the super-accurate pony car confections in both chocolate and sugar candy varieties. The process kicked off with a CAD rendering of the 2015 Mustang, which was then programmed into the 3D printer. After a bit of work from the machine, a four-inch long, two-inch tall Mustang was the result. Why the tieup with 3D Systems, though?
"We wanted to create something fun to show that while 3D printing made these edible Mustangs, manufacturing-level 3D printing was used in the development of Ford's all-new sports car," said Paul Susalla, Ford's supervisor of 3D printing.

2015 Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival

Thu, Aug 13 2015

Considered the big kick off of the major festivities surrounding Monterey Car Week, this year's Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival certainly didn't disappoint. For those unable to make it to the California coast, our own Drew Phillips was on hand to snap some of the beautiful vehicles on display for this gorgeous gallery. Held annually at the Monterey Jet Center, the event is always a feast for the eyes by collecting planes, a gang of exotic supercars, and some the top cars crossing the auction block over the coming days, like a Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda convertible. The Ford GT both new and old was a major attendee at this year's party. Among them, the Petersen Museum brought along an original racecar and a GT40 MKIII to promote an upcoming exhibit. The classics were complimented by the latest version that has continued to keep tongues wagging. The GT wasn't the only classic with a modern update there. Singer used the posh event for the North American debut of its stunning restoration of the Porsche 911 Targa. Shelby American was also at the revival for the public unveiling of the 50th Anniversary Daytona Coupe. On the more modern front, Honda was in attendance with the future NSX and one of the McLaren F1 cars that the company's engine powers. For further proof of the ritzy folks that attend this soiree, Pagani and Koenigsegg both had stands to show off their extremely quick wares.
