2009 Ford Focus Se Sedan 4-door 2.0l on 2040-cars
Dearborn, Michigan, United States
I'm selling my 2009 Ford focus I've just recently bought it and am selling it. I'm selling it because this was going to be for my sister but she never ended up liking it. I bought it last month from a dealer from the auction it had light damage from the front, the picture is along with the other ones. It runs flawlessly and is amazing on gas I filled it up when I first got it and it gave me 405 miles with $40 of gas.It makes around 29-30 mpg currently. So far ive changed all of its fluids (oil mobil-1 full synthetic, antifreeze, brake fluid, power steeringfluid etc...) I had a mechanic check all of the major components and everything is 100%. The tires are at 90% and are all-season tires. The lights on the odometer are lit up because I had it in the on position and that's when they all light up but turn off when the engine is started. The interior is cut/burn free and is detailed and shinning brand new. The SAT radio subscription is still active and working. My phone number is 313-633-6899 if you have any further questions. I have this for sale locally so the car may be removed at any time.

Ford reports 58% drop in Q2 profits on European losses
Wed, 25 Jul 2012
Ford Motor Company announced Wednesday that it has posted a $1 billion profit for the second quarter of 2012. That sounds like good news for the Blue Oval, until you take into account that Ford posted a $2.4 billion profit for Q2 a year ago. That is a substantial 58 percent loss.
Ford also posted $465 million in international losses, with $404 million of those losses coming directly from Europe. The automaker also increased its European loss projections to $1 billion for 2012, due in large part to the economic crisis overseas, which has resulted in increased unemployment and decreased consumer confidence.
Ford pits Cobra Jet versus GRC Fiesta ST, worlds collide
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.
So, who wins? We suggest you see for yourself in the press release and video below. And we're holding out hope that Tanner's challenge at the end results in another video from Ford Racing...
