This 2012 Ford Fiesta SE is like new and loaded with options!  It has a 1.6 DOHC, 4 cly. engine with an automatic transmission and a power moonroof.  With less than 3,000 miles it's not even broke in yet!  It still smells like new inside.  The car has all the normal options like power windows and locks, cruise,cd player and the premium 80 watt stereo with sync voice activated system.

The car has a rebuilt title which means it has been salvaged.  It can be titled and insured in all states that I am aware of but check for yourself just to make sure.  The car has been fully repaired and has no issues.  It runs, drives and everything works as a new car should. This car had very light front end damage that required replacing the hood, front bumper, and headlights.  Fenders back on the car had NO damage.  It had no frame damage and no damage to the engine or transmission.  It just needed bolt on parts.  It has been inspected and had a 4 wheel alignment to make sure it drives perfect.  If you are close enough please come take a look and test drive.  I think you will be impressed.  We do have before pictures that we can email anyone interested in seeing.  The car will have no factory warranty but we do have a company that offers extended warranties for our rebuilt cars.  Call for more details if your interested in one.  We don't push the sell of extended warranties because we trust all repairs have been done properly and you shouldn't need any repairs soon.

To be fair to everyone we don't give out the reserve so please don't ask.  If you want this car for the "Buy it Now" price or if  your the winning bidder we do require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending. We will accept pay pal or credit card by phone for the deposit.   We will take cash or certified check for the balance. Check will need to be cleared before vehicle leaves.  The closest airports are Louisville or Nashville if you would like to fly in to take delivery.

We are a small family owned dealership located in south central Kentucky that has been selling professionally repaired, late model, low mileage rebuilt vehicles for over 20 years now.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to email or call.  Our business is open from 7:30 to 4:30 central time,Monday through Friday, 270-384-1562.  After hours you can reach me on my cell at 270-250-3056.  If I don't answer leave me a message and I will return your call.   Thanks for Looking!

Which electric cars can charge at a Tesla Supercharger?

Sun, Jul 9 2023

The difference between Tesla charging and non-Tesla charging. Electrify America; Tesla Tesla's advantage has long been its charging technology and Supercharger network. Now, more and more automakers are switching to Tesla's charging tech. But there are a few things non-Tesla drivers need to know about charging at a Tesla station. A lot has hit the news cycle in recent months with regard to electric car drivers and where they can and can't plug in. The key factor in all of that? Whether automakers switched to Tesla's charging standard. More car companies are shifting to Tesla's charging tech in the hopes of boosting their customers' confidence in going electric.  Here's what it boils down to: If you currently drive a Tesla, you can keep charging at Tesla charging locations, which use the company's North American Charging Standard (NACS), which has long served it well. The chargers are thinner, more lightweight and easier to wrangle than other brands.  If you currently drive a non-Tesla EV, you have to charge at a non-Tesla charging station like that of Electrify America or EVgo — which use the Combined Charging System (CCS) — unless you stumble upon a Tesla charger already equipped with the Magic Dock adapter. For years, CCS tech dominated EVs from everyone but Tesla.  Starting next year, if you drive a non-Tesla EV (from the automakers that have announced they'll make the switch), you'll be able to charge at all Supercharger locations with an adapter. And by 2025, EVs from some automakers won't even need an adaptor.  Here's how to charge up, depending on which EV you have:  Ford 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Tim Levin/Insider Ford was the earliest traditional automaker to team up with Tesla for its charging tech. Current Ford EV owners — those driving a Ford electric vehicle already fitted with a CCS port — will be able to use a Tesla-developed adapter to access Tesla Superchargers starting in the spring. That means that, if you own a Mustang Mach-E or Ford F-150 Lightning, you will need the adapter in order to use a Tesla station come 2024. But Ford will equip its future EVs with the NACS port starting in 2025 — eliminating the need for any adapter. Owners of new Ford EVs will be able to pull into a Supercharger station and juice up, no problem. General Motors Cadillac Lyriq. Cadillac GM will also allow its EV drivers to plug into Tesla stations.

Jay Leno takes a Surfin' Safari in a 1937 Ford Woodie Restomod

Tue, 21 Oct 2014

Woodie wagons were a major part of surfing culture in the 1960s, offering coastal style and a ton of room, and they even earned a mention in the Beach Boys' classic song Surfin' Safari. This week, Jay Leno's Garage takes a look at two modern, restomodded examples of these style icons.
Unlike a lot of restomods, builder Scott Bonowski keeps these wagons looking almost completely stock on the outside, and all of the upgrades are hidden underneath the timber. You can't tell by looking at it, but the '37 Woodie (pictured above) has independent front and rear suspension, disc brakes and a Ford 5.0-liter V8 under the hood.
Beyond the mechanical aspect, the craftsmanship into the wood is astounding. Bonowski claims there are between 30 and 50 coats of varnish on this wagon. It makes these woodies as much of a piece of fine furniture as a vehicle to drive.

2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang

Fri, 26 Jul 2013

Up until now, it's been some years since I managed to get behind the wheel of the hot Mustangs tuned by the folks at Roush Performance. My memories of those vehicles are fond, as the Roush up-fits usually make for better-driving examples of the iconic Ford pony, with better-tuned suspensions, excellent short-shift kits and, of course, huge additions of power. The wake-your-neighbors aural characteristics of these cars have been nothing short of outstanding, too.
But in the years since my last experience with the Roush formula, Ford's own development team has churned out some pretty potent 'Stangs. We currently live in a world where the Blue Oval will sell you a Mustang with 662 horsepower from the factory, and the recently departed Boss 302 remains one of the best Mustangs - and best sports coupes - the Autoblog crew has ever driven.
So with great-driving and hugely powerful Mustangs coming straight off the line at Ford's Flat Rock Assembly Plant, does the Roush package still offer that extra special something to make it stand out? I spent a week with a Stage 3 coupe to find out.
