Up for sale is my 1998 Mustang Cobra. This car was purchased in April of 2007 and I have been the owner since. The vehicle was purchased with only 37,000 miles and was 100% stock at the time. The reason I am selling the vehicle is due to an unfortunate knock that has developed in the motor. Unfortunately I do not have the time or money to invest back into the car as I recently finished college and just started a new job. This car has been my pride and joy since the date of purchase and is one of nine mustangs I have owned over the years. The car was maintained meticulously and always garaged. Up until a short time ago it was only driven in the summer months. However being in school I couldn't afford to keep two vehicles and had to use it for a short time during the winter. The car is extremely clean and has only a few very minor flaws(small door ding on passenger side that could be pushed out and a few other tiny paint blemishes). Some of the things I have upgraded over the years are... New KYB struts and shocks(2013), New tires(2013, 80% or more), Drilled/Slotted rotors and ceramic pads (2012), Ford Motorsport clutch(2012), Eibach sportline racing springs, BBK offroad H pipe, Borla catback exhaust, and Steeda Tri-Ax short throw shifter. You can see in the pictures some of the cosmetic things I had done to the car like tinted windows, Wheel spacers in the back(sets them out to line up with front wheels), rear bumper inserts, and a Cobra emblem for the grill area. I have invested a lot of time and money into this car and it saddens me to have to sell. The interior is in great condition as well and I am not a smoker. The driver seat does have some minor wearing on the left lumbar which is typical of these cars.The car does still run and was put back into storage after the knock developed. Ford posts record pre-tax Q3 profit of $2.6B

Ford took in $2.6 billion in pre-tax profits in the third quarter of the year, making for a record trio of months that saw the Blue Oval's year-over-year earnings increase by $426 million. The earnings are being attributed not just to improvements in North American sales, but sales around the globe.
Revenue was up 12 percent, to $36 billion, although net income took a hit, dropping $359 million to $1.3 billion. Ford was dinged with $498 million in pre-tax charges, which are being blamed for the drop in net income.
The news has boosted Ford's hopes for full-year results, bumping it's total profits up past $8 billion, according to Automotive News. The Dearborn, MI-based manufacturer is still expecting a loss in Europe, although it's forecasted less than the $1.73 billion it burned in 2012. In fact, according to CFO Bob Shanks, Ford's European losses dropped by 51 percent year-over year, a huge improvement for the brand.

Saleen previews new 302 Mustang

The introduction of a new generation of a model like the Ford Mustang may be exciting enough in its own right for enthusiasts, but that's just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, because you know that Ford itself as well as numerous aftermarket tuners will soon follow up with even more desirable versions. And few Mustang tuners carry quite the same clout of Saleen.
Recently reunited after its previous split, Saleen is back on the map and hard at work on new aftermarket modifications for a wide array of muscle cars. We knew it would only be a matter of time before it would release a new 302 Mustang, and now it's sent out the first image to show us what to expect.
Details are scarce, but House that Steve Built says the 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang "is perfectly positioned as the next American exotic." And it should know, considering that it's the same outfit that produced the Saleen S7 that really was a true American exotic. From the teaser image above we can see that Saleen has given its Mustang a new front air dam, a very wide air scoop on the hood and of course Saleen's trademark slat grille.
