This Truck has been my daily driver since 2011 it has been an awesome truck and I hate to sell it but its time for something new. It has power everything and has in-dash Nav. I do live on gravel so there is minor rock chips here and there and it has a sizeable dent in the tailgate. The interior is in good shape but there are a few blemishes . This truck is a one of a kind it has many extras including spray in bed liner, Amp power steps, 6in Super lift with rear traction bars and 4link front, 22in Alcoa 10 lug wheels on 37in Toyo MTs the front has centramatic balancers, Front and rear Fab Four front bumpers(the winch in the front bumper is NOT included in the sale). Recon cab and mirror lights, Tinted taillights and 6k Retro-solutions HIDs in the front, the side emblems and and chrome grille have been plastic dipped the chrome underneath is in good condition I just don't like chrome, The windows are tinted 15% all the way around along with 5% brow on the windshield, SCT livewire with base files along with custom tunes from Matt at Gearhead now to the under hood it has a AFE stage 2 intake with pro5R filter, Dirty Diesel intake elbow,EGR delete, RCD race ported intake manifold, ARP headstuds, 6.0 Exhaust manifolds with Rudys HD custom up-pipes, and a coolant filter, Exhaust is 5in downpipe back to 7in powder coated MBRP tip with DPF/DOC delete. It has the updated Ford radiator hoses along with a new radiator. When I did the headstuds I threw in new Lifters, Oil cooler and the High pressure pump gasket and injector lines for piece of mind as I didn't want to ever have to go back in for any wearable items. I change the oil every 5,000mi with Valvoline premium blue. At 60k miles the tranny was flushed and new inline and pan filters were installed I used Motorcraft Mercon SP trans fluid the axles where flushed at this time and I used Lucas synthetic gear oil. Fuel filters were replaced every other oil change with Motorcraft filters. Last year the truck got 2 new Motorcraft batteries. I have tried to take care of the truck the best as I can and replace anything that needed replace but it isn't in Perfect condition but ill try to show most of them in the pics. Being as the truck is daily driven the mileage will go up. The buyer is in charge of pickup and arrangement after the sale. There is a lien on the truck from the bank so I will need a certified cashiers check or similar. The truck is available to view at any time and I reserve the right to end the Auction at any time as the truck is listed locally also

Next Shelby Mustang to wear GT350 nameplate

Fri, 21 Jun 2013

Earlier this month, rumors started to swirl 'round the web about the next-generation Ford SVT Mustang - the halo version of the all-new 2015 'Stang seen testing in the gallery above. Originally, we heard that the Shelby GT500 moniker would be dumped in favor of "a name you're familiar with," which some sources guessed could mean a return of the Cobra nameplate.
That might not be correct. According to Road & Track, citing a report from Mustangs Daily, the new range-topping Mustang will bring back the Shelby GT350 name - currently used on an aftermarket version of Ford's Pony produced by Shelby American (take a look at our recent Quick Spin of that car). Expect the new GT350 to be quite a bit different than the current GT500 - it will be all motor, using a V8 that's derived from the naturally aspirated 5.0-liter Coyote engine (though it will no doubt have a higher displacement). The GT350 will be a lot more powerful than the next Mustang GT, which is expected to offer something like 450 horsepower, but won't be quite as absurd as the 662-horsepower GT500 we currently enjoy.
The Shelby GT350 will reportedly bow with the rest of the new Mustang range at the 2014 New York Auto Show, which coincides exactly with the original Mustang's debut at the New York World's Fair in 1964. If that seems far out, don't worry, we'll be seeing the rest of the 2015 Mustang range before then, but Road & Track reports that the 2014 Detroit Auto Show stage will be reserved for the reveal of the next Ford F-150 pickup.

Project Ugly Horse: Part V

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

The Slippery Slope
I've had a healthy appreciation for cars that stop since one truly unfortunate incident with a runaway 1971 Lincoln Continental.
It's funny how quickly a party can turn from, "We're all having blast" to "What happened to the front of the house, and how many stitches do you think this is going to take?" Standing in a Mustang salvage shop in Kodak, Tennessee, I couldn't help but feel I had strayed into the latter territory with Ugly Horse. There was a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 plucked from a rear-ended Cobra sitting off to my left. The shelves were lined with second-hand Roush and SVT components galore, but I couldn't stop staring at a set of rotors with the approximate diameter of my chest.
