Thanks for taking a moment to look at my truck. This 2001 Ford F450 is LOADED with goodies and is in perfect condition. This truck is stored indoors and is used only sparingly to tow a trailer. Beyond the low miles and pristine condition are two things that should catch a buyers attention. This truck has a brand new 9 foot EBY Aluminum Hauler Body on it with the side package. This body is $5,000. The truck also has a brand new Ford Automatic Transmission. NO, not a rebuilt original transmission, a BRAND NEW Ford Transmission. This truck is only serviced at the local Ford dealer and needs nothing! The spark plugs and all recommended updates to the V10 engine have been done. With only 79,000 miles, it is ready for another 100k at least. Ford's Triton V10 is a powerhouse, combining fuel economy and incredible power. Notice how many motorhomes have gone to the 6.8 liter V10 instead of diesel power or a big block V8. There is a reason. Everything works on the truck and it looks JUST LIKE the photos. Watch Piquet and Mansell bend some sheetmetal in Ford Fusion GP
Tue, 12 Feb 2013As we told you about before, there were four episodes planned for the Ford Fusion GP campaign in Brazil, and the whole series has now run its course. The Ford ads pit Brazilian Formula One driver Nelson Piquet against English F1 pilot Nigel Mansell driving the new Fusion, the two coming together again after their partnership at the Williams F1 team ended in a miserable state more than 20 years ago.
They're lined up for you below, in reverse chronological order. You should watch number three first, though, as it adds a bit more spice to the NASCAR action in the fourth.

Tue, 11 Feb 2014The V8 grunt of the Mustang has defined Ford performance cars in the US for the last 50 years, but in Europe, the Blue Oval has nearly as a long history of building some of the best hot hatches on the market with the Fiesta, Escort and later the Focus. The latest Fiesta ST has just hit the roads on both sides of the pond and has been enthusiastically received thanks to its combination of a peppy, turbocharged engine and hatchback utility.
However, Europe is getting a bumper crop of hot hatches at the moment, including the forthcoming, third-generation Mini Cooper S. Should Ford have waited to launch the ST until it knew how the competition performed? That's the answer that Xcar is after in its latest video, and it took the Fiesta to the track and some very misty, Welsh roads to find out. Scroll down to find out whether the ST stacks up.
Ford looks to space robots to improve car-to-car communications [w/video]
Wed, 21 Aug 2013Ford has partnered with St. Petersburg Polytechnic University for three years to research various kinds of connected vehicle communications. The university tie-up is part of its study of space robots, NASA systems created to enable space-to-Earth communication, and the university's own development of systems that enable communication between the International Space State and Earth.
The objective is for Ford to engineer layers of robust networks and redundancy systems that will allow your car to speak to other cars, to emergency vehicles, to infrastructure like traffic lights and buildings, and to the cloud. Benefits would come in just about every area of transit, from avoiding accidents, to getting medical workers to an accident more quickly, to improving the flow of traffic during rush hour.
