Up for sale is my 2003 Ford F250 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel. The truck has around 142,000 miles. Automatic transmission. Full power. Remote entry. Lariat edition. Towing package. Cold weather package. I purchased this truck in florida and moved here last summer. This truck saw only one winter (this current one). Everything on the truck works. I change the oil myself every 6500 miles. I put in lucas oil stabilizer and use motorcraft filters and oil. The truck has never given me any trouble. I use it to move cars from PA to NJ. It has power heated seats. The truck runs flawlessly. Engine starts up and runs very well. It does not burn any oil. I have a prodigy brake controller installed. I also have a cb radio installed. The truck is great on mileage. In the summer i would get around 16mpg pulling a 2 car trailer. It will come with the toolbox that is shown in the pictures. I also had firestone airbags installed in the rear. Overall the truck is mechanically excellent and extremely reliable. There is some damage to the driver rear door. I never got it fixed because it did not pose a problem to me. The doors dont bind and its only a cosmetic problem. Let me know if you would like to stop by and take it for a test drive. Any questions feel free to ask. As for shipping, i can help the buyer get the car shipped to anywhere in the US. I can also pick you up from the airport.
On Mar-12-13 at 16:47:02 PDT, seller added the following information:
I forgot to mention that the ball hitch is a Reese 12,000 lb tongue rated. Also included with the truck is a storage box thats goes under the rear seat. I dont have it pictured because its laying in my garage collecting dust. The reserve price is considerably lower than the Kelley Blue Book Value. Please contact me if you would like to see the truck before the end of the auction. Also please feel free to check out the Kaufman Trailer i have listed also. If you purchase both truck and trailer together then i can work out a special price for you. Thank you and happy bidding!

Ford begins testing right-hand-drive Mustang
Wed, 20 Aug 2014Ford has officially kicked off testing of the right-hand-drive variant of its sixth-generation, 2015 Mustang, according to a statement issued by the company, which came with the above photo.
According to Ford, this will mark the first time a right-hand-drive 'Stang has traveled down the company's assembly line alongside its LHD brethren. It is far from the first of the legendary pony cars to feature its wheel on the wrong side, though, as converters in RHD markets across the globe have been making swaps for years.
Ford is planning on using the white, droptop Mustang for RHD development ahead of the car's arrival in the UK, Australia and South Africa, among other markets. Scroll down for the official press blast.
Ford drops Focus RS teaser ahead of Feb 3 reveal
Wed, Jan 21 2015Ford is trying to get us hyped for the unveiling of the latest Focus RS on February 3 with this new video teaser. The clip showcases the hot hatch doing some big slides in the wet and dry during testing in Europe and the US, and it definitely makes us even more curious about what the Blue Oval has in store with the RS. Even in this short teaser, Ford continues to dress the more aggressive nose of the Focus RS in camouflage, like the previous test cars. Unfortunately, what's going on under all of that concealment remains a bit of a mystery. Rumors suggest the RS likely uses a tuned version of the Blue Oval's 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder estimated to make between 325 and 350 horsepower. A speculated torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive system should keep fears of torque steer at bay, and larger brakes on the test mules indicate that bringing it all to a halt shouldn't be a problem, either. We do know that the hotter Focus will be among the "more than 12" vehicles that the new Ford Performance division will develop through 2020, and the RS will come to the US for the first time. However, US-spec RS models will likely be imported from Europe, which will keep numbers here low and will mean prices estimated to be around $30,000 or more. Until the official specs become available, at least enjoy watching this hot hatch's ability to slide.
Ford rethinking vehicle launch strategy
Tue, 07 May 2013With a new boss at the helm, Ford is looking at new ways to improve its vehicle launches in North America to prevent recent issues that have popped up with models like the Lincoln MKZ, Ford Escape and Ford Fusion. Speaking with Automotive News, Ford's new president of the Americas, Joe Hinrichs, revealed a few ways the automaker plans to avoid early build issues such as the engine fires on certain 2013 Escape and Fusion models and months-long delays for customers to receive their MKZs.
It sounds like the root of the problems may have been Ford's relationship with suppliers compounded by the fact that the product surge came on the heels of the recent industry-crippling recession, and in the AN article, Hinrichs says improvements are being made to reduce problems during the launch of new or redesigned models. Three such improvements that were implemented during the first quarter of this year including more rigorous quality comparisons, better use of computer technology to catch major problems sooner and hiring engineers to work closer with suppliers.
