Up for sale is my 1996 F250 XLT 4x4 With the very sought after 7.3 Turbo Diesel. I had no intensions of selling this truck for a good many years but I found a great deal on a dually 4x4 1 ton diesel and could not pass it up so this truck has to go. This has been a great truck for me and was not an everyday driver. I only used the truck to make deliveries a few times a month for my sign company or to pull my skid loader around when need on the trailer. The truck has never let me down. I have taken it on several 10 hour plus trips with no issues. The alternator and air pump have been replaced within the last 2k miles the tires have about 3K on them and are still like new I spent 1K on the tires alone. They are aggressive enough to do good in the snow but do not make much road noise. The truck came from down south and has no rust as you can see. there has been no repairs to the body at all. The interior is still nice and not tore up. Everything works including Ice cold AC. The truck is pretty much loaded. It has a bed liner and a heavy duty hitch. I have had 14 thousand pounds on my equipment trailer and pulled it with no problem. The truck needs nothing that I know of. There is a samll dent in the tail gate and a small bend on 1 corner of the front bumper and maybe a few scratches but still a very clean nice truck and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer 96 Ford 4x4 Powerstroke. This will make someone a great truck. I am asking for a 125.00 deposit beacause that is what ebay charges to sell it if you get here and do not want the truck you do not have to take it but I will not refund the deposit because It will already be paid from the sold auction.Thge final bid price is the price I will want for the truck I will not haggle after you get here. If you want to come see and drive the truck before the auction ends you are welcome to come check it out. Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. I am an honest seller For payment I prefer cash in person or wire transfer to my bank account.

Project Ugly Horse alive and kicking at Road & Track
Thu, 29 Aug 2013The hallways of the Autoblog campus are much quieter now that Zach Bowman has taken his prose, along with his welders, wrenches and hammers, over to the digital pages of Road & Track, but that doesn't mean our favorite project Mustang is gone forever. Project Ugly Horse is still coming along, and Zach has gifted us another update on his unfoxy Fox Body.
Last we saw of the Ugly Horse, Zach was strengthening up the '89 Mustang's chassis as he prepares to stuff the turbocharged, direct-injected EcoBoost engine of a Ford Focus ST under the hood. First things first, the old mill must go. Head on over to Road & Track to catch the latest chapter of Project Ugly Horse.
2015 Ford Mustang leaked in Autoweek
Tue, 03 Dec 2013We would have to imagine that Ford knew it couldn't keep its 2015 Mustang under wraps for too long, and with only days to go before the pony car's official unveiling, the dam seems to be cracking. SVTPerformance.com member Screamin 40th just posted some images taken of the sixth-gen Mustang prominently featured in and on the cover of the December 9 issue of Autoweek magazine.
These images show that recent renderings we saw weren't too far off. The face is just like what we saw in spy shots a few months back, but the rear of the car features some of its more striking cues. Starting with the pronounced haunches and hidden B-pillars, the rear view of the new Mustang might be its best with the ridged, three-bar taillights, a rear diffuser and the lack of a faux gas cap, which allows the galloping pony to be an even more prominent element against the black trim.
The images also reveal a small portion of the updated interior carrying over retro themes like the deep-dish steering wheel and dual-gauge instrument cluster, but it also adds some modern tech with a big infotainment displays and a clean center stack layout. No official word on powertrain or other specs, but while we can't make out most of the magazine's text, our eyes did catch mentions of an independent rear suspension and a 200-pound weight reduction.
Winnebago re-introduces classic Brave RV [w/video]
Fri, Jun 6 2014Winnebago is saying 'Let's do the time warp again,' using its new Brave RV to do it – have a look at the first Winnebago RV from 1966 and you'll know exactly where this one comes from. The modern version of this swinging sixties motorhome is accurate from its size, either 26- or 27-foot version, to its trademark eyebrow above the front windshield. The foldaway bunk above the front seats that necessitated the eyebrow design has been updated, and is now a power bed that descends from the ceiling. It is among a set of standard features that also includes a 19-foot motorized awning, leveling jacks at all four corners, heated mirrors, LED ceiling lights, two available floorplans and detailing like a workstation for the front passenger, a sliding dash cluster and and a waterfall countertop in the kitchen with built-in extensions. The Brave sits on a Ford F53 chassis complete with its Triton V10 engine and five-speed automatic transmission. No word yet on any potential diesel alternatives. Naturally, that 1966 price of $4,000 will also come in for an update, but the company hasn't yet revealed it. The good folks from Winnebago will be happy to take you on a thorough personal tour of the Brave in the video below. This content is hosted by a third party.
