This is a 1978 Ford F-250 4x4 with a 5.9 Dodge 12V Cummins diesel motor and Ford C6 AT. The transfer case is a 2.5 ton, with a 2.5 ton Rockwell rear axle. The front still has the Dana 44 8 lug axle. I do have two extra 8 lug wheels and two extra 6 lug wheels that go with the truck. the rear has leaf springs and the front has air bags. I was going to put a Rockwell in the front but lost interest. The truck runs great but still needs work to finish. The front air bags hold air for a few days but leak down after a week. front brakes work but not good. Rear brakes are not hooked up. There is no front drive shaft. AT linkage is not hooked up. There is a down pipe for the exhust but nothing past that. The body is in good cond. all the rust was cut out and new metal welded in. The truck will run and drive around my yard. The truck is not street legal and is for off road use.$500 deposit after auction end. Will not ship pick up only.

Tanner Foust gets eponymous hotted-up Ford Focus ST from Cobb Tuning

Racer and Top Gear USA host Tanner Foust has partnered up with Cobb Tuning to create a special-edition Ford Focus ST. The limited-edition hatches will come packing a reflashed ECU, special intercooler, tweaked intake and freer-flowing exhaust for up to 20 percent more power than the stock creation. Cobb says that the changes should push the final dyno figure to above 300 horsepower. Buyers can also expect to find special carbon fiber aerodynamic bits on board along with a new grille, graphics and wheels. Cobb hasn't released pricing on this Tanner Foust Edition Ford Focus ST as of yet, but you can bet the whole kit won't be cheap.
Fortunately, the company will sell you bits and pieces from the overall package for your Ford, and word has it engineers are also whipping up a Foust Fiesta ST. Fiat boss Elkann being mentored by... Bill Ford?

Fiat Chairman John Elkann has been turning to an unusual source for advice on the car business. While speaking during an interview with The Detroit News, Elkann said he often asks Bill Ford Jr. for advice on how to proceed with the turnaround at Chrysler. "It's great to have the opportunity to share this with someone like Bill, who has experienced many things and gone through many things ... especially linked to Detroit." Elkann said.
As the Agnelli family heir, Elkann has inherited a long and fruitful friendship with the Ford family. While Giovanni Agnelli built his first Fiat four years before Henry Ford created his first vehicle, it was Ford that showed Agnelli the benefits of mass production and helped pave the way for what would become the Fiat empire.
Giovanni's grandson, Gianni, helped mentor Bill Ford when he was elected chairman of Ford Motor Company. Now, Ford is returning the favor by helping Elkann navigate the automotive industry's tumultuous waters.
