Hi Ya'll, This is a 1969 Ford F100 1/2 ton truck but has a Dana 60 rear axle that is a regular 5x5.5 ford lug pattern from the factory, we removed the three speed trans and installed a 4-speed granny gear trans too make the drive trans bullet proof. Yes it runs and drives but has no brakes so it will need to be trailered away.
This is a list of new parts we have installed when we bought her.
1)new clutch assembly-clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing and pilot bearing. New used 4-speed granny geared trans, tune with plugs, cap, rotor, points, wires and fuel filter with oil change and filter, air cleaning with k&n 5 inch filter, new brake master cylinder, head man headers,3 inch exhaust pipe and 3 inch cherry bomb shorty muffler's.(yes it's loud). We also changed the trans-fluid to syntec.
What the truck still needs to be road ready.
1)front and rear brake overhaul, thermostat housing-(cracked),I would replace all the u-joints and carb rebuild or replaced (holly 4-bbl on it now, factory).
Major concerns-rust, mainly in the roof line above the windshield and the engine's hood and the bed floor. The floors, doors, fenders and tail gate are all ok.
The pictures you see on here are all I have, my camera broke so I can't get anymore, so ask all questions and as you all know there is no warranty on this ride, you buy it it's yours come get it as soon as possible, we can hold it for a while if needed but a deposit must be made and if you don't come get it when you say you will the deposit will be mine and I'll relist the truck due to selling fee's and lose of sell on your parts so if you buy it come get it.

How new car shortages may impact your buying experience
Wed, 04 Sep 2013If you want further proof that the auto industry is bouncing back, look no further than the empty lots and forecourts of your local dealership. According to a story by The Wall Street Journal, continued high demand for mainstream cars is overtaxing automakers' ability to produce enough models. Several dealers interviewed for the story are reporting two-week supplies as opposed to the typical two-month allocations.
With sales expected to hit 1.4 million units when August numbers arrive shortly and incentive spending down to its lowest amount since January, these limited supplies are pushing prices even higher. For example, according to the WSJ, the average price of a Ford Fusion is up past $26,000. Unfortunately, it's difficult for manufacturers to increase production quickly. If it invests in its facilities, as many manufacturers have done, it risks wasting cash if growth suddenly slows. At the same time, the momentum gained over the past several years could be short lived if vehicle supplies continue to dwindle. "Manufacturers are in a precarious situation," notes Karl Brauer, a senior director at Kelley Blue Book.
Low interest rates and a wealth of desirable features are also allowing customers to purchase more expensive vehicles while justifying their higher overall price tags, a situation that is compounding supply shortages. Even now, during the annual end-of-summer clearance season, deals on new vehicles are remarkably difficult to come by. According to the report, the Toyota Corolla is in a self-inflicted state of shortage, as Toyota clears out inventory in anticipation of the new 2014 generation arriving in dealers. Ford's supplies should rebound as Fusion production comes on line at its Flat Rock, Michigan factory. The Chevrolet Impala, Honda Odyssey, Civic, and Accord and Subaru Forester are also facing shortages.
Alan Mulally talks about why Ford's Falcon had to die
Tue, 20 Aug 2013When Ford made the decision to end production of the Falcon sedan and Territory CUV in Australia, it wasn't a popular move Down Under. The large, four-door Falcon had been in production for 50 years, and while Ford has reaffirmed its commitment to the Australian market, it's understandable that some people still aren't all that crazy about the Blue Oval's decision.
Speaking to CEO Alan Mulally after Ford's Go Further event in Sydney, Australian site Go Auto reports that the decision was not one made lightly, and that the automaker is doing everything possible to respect the Falcon and Territory's "stakeholders." It's an interesting piece that shows a softer side of a corporation, while demonstrating that Ford is doing everything in its power to make the end of production as smooth as possible for all parties.
Head over to Go Auto for the full series of remarks from Mulally, and then let us know what you think of Ford's handling of the Falcon and Territory discontinuations, in Comments.
Why Ford's Alan Mulally would be right for Microsoft, or any company
Thu, 03 Oct 2013
That Mulally was seriously being considered says a great deal about Microsoft and Mulally.
It appears that the chatter about Ford CEO Alan Mulally possibly leaving early to take over as CEO of Microsoft is losing air pretty fast. What's pretty interesting is that it got any traction in the first place.
