2001 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4, 5.4l, Loaded, 151k, Cheap on 2040-cars
Patchogue, New York, United States
2001 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition with 151k miles. 4x4 with the 5.4l v8 for plenty of power to tow what ever you need. Larger rims and tires and tow package included. The transmission shifts smooth and the transfer case engages 4 high and low perfectly with out any issues. At idle it sounds like a small exhaust leak, probably by the collector...it should be taken care of before it gets worse. Not a huge fix. Truck was originally equipped with the 3rd row seat, but it is no longer in there and did not come in trade with it. In its place there was a custom sub-woofer enclosure built. The speakers were removed when it was traded in as with the rest of the radio system....the customer did not have the factory to put back in, sorry. Lots of tread left on the over sized tires which are mounted on custom rims....the rims are in ok shape and 2 center caps are missing and we do not have them. The interior need a good detailing and I'm sure will look a lot better....please ask for specific pics before bidding as I am limited to only 24 in the listing. As for the body, its in pretty good shape...no major scratches or dents. Anything I could see is minor and can be buffed out. Over all it is a decent truck with a strong drive train. A great tow vehicle or run around truck. Good luck, and thank you.

Ford Australia debuts Ranger-based Everest SUV concept
Tue, 13 Aug 2013Ford has been in hot water in Australia ever since it announced plans to end local production of the Falcon and Territory SUV. Besides canceling a model that is to Oz what the Mustang is to America, the end of production means more than a few folks will be out of work.
Keen to prove that it has a plan for the market, Ford has unveiled the Aussie-penned Everest Concept, a rough-and-tumble, seven-seat SUV. While not a direct replacement for the aging Territory (that role will eventually be filled by either the Edge or Flex, according to Car Advice) it's an indication from Ford's brass that the Blue Oval is still committed to Australia.
To prove that fact, Alan Mullaly, Mark Fields, Jim Farley and regional execs descended on Sydney for the debut of the new concept. Ford's Australian president and CEO, Bob Graziano, said of the Everest, "Our customers, our employees and Australia can be assured that we're connected to the nation and committed to our customers through terrific products with class-leading technologies."
Motor Trend pits Subaru WRX vs. Ford Focus ST
Thu, 23 Jan 2014The Ford Focus ST has enjoyed a relatively calm, if brief, reign in the world of hot hatches. With nothing else in the class (in the States, at least) but the aging Mazdaspeed3 and Subaru Impreza WRX and the slow-selling Volkswagen Golf R, the Blue Oval's 252-horsepower five door has been the go-to vehicle for those that don't need the high-octane lunacy (and expense) of the rally bred Subaru Impreza WRX STI and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
Now, though, as the new Subaru WRX (it's not an Impreza anymore, though, neither is it a hatchback...) starts to arrive at dealers, the Focus ST appears to be under threat for the first time. Naturally, Motor Trend is here to figure out which one is the best, with another one of its Head 2 Head videos. Host Jonny Lieberman puts both cars through their paces, going above and beyond, quite literally, at the very end of the video.

Ford of Europe celebrates Mondeo's 20th anniversary
Wed, 25 Sep 2013Ford's European operations are celebrating a milestone of sorts as the Mondeo, the Blue Oval's bread-and-butter D-segment sedan in the old country, celebrates its 20th anniversary. The mid-sizer, which was sold in the US for a short time as the Contour, has been a far more popular vehicle in Europe - even receiving regular praise from one Jeremy Clarkson.
Narrated by Cockney actor Ray Winstone, the video goes through the Mondeo's years and how it's evolved from 1993 to the as-yet-unreleased fifth-generation model, which is essentially the same as the Ford Fusion that's sold in America. Take a look below for the full video from Ford of Europe.
