2001 Diesel van 7.3 power stroke engine. Rebuilt transmission with new torque converter. I just finished putting in new injector cups and injector o-rings. New Fuel system o-rings and seals while the engine was out. Exhaust gaskets were also replaced. Lots of new parts. No leaks. 246,050 miles. A/C blows cold. Ford tech owned.
Front axle is dana 60 3.73 gears, Rear axle is Sterling 10.5 3.73 gears also. 2007 F350 Differentials. Tires are 50% thread Michelin 275-70-18. Factory Ford Super Duty Wheels. Dual steering stabalizer. Smooth down the road. Runs great no problums at all. Drive it home cross country. Has seating for nine, but only five seat belts. Ford recalling nearly 24,000 Focus EV and C-Max models over door chime
Fri, 04 Oct 2013Ford will be voluntarily recalling 23,830 Focus Electric and C-Max Hybrid and Energi models equipped with push-button ignition, according to The Detroit News. Why? Because the cars don't make a noise when the driver's door is open, and are therefore in violation of federal regulations. It's not as silly as Honda's badging recall that isn't a recall, but it's close.
Actually, that's not exactly fair. The chime is supposed to come on when the driver's door is open, as it reminds drivers not to leave their cars on or leave key fobs in the car, an easy thing to forget when the cars in question make virtually no noise at idle and do not require keys in ignitions.
The recall, which Ford is conducting voluntarily, covers 2012 and 2013 Focus Electric hatchbacks and 2013 C-Max Hybrid and Energi models. The overwhelming majority, around 22,900 units, were sold in the US, while the remaining 900 units are in Canada. How many of each model are covered in the recall is not immediately clear.

But then you go ahead and add onto this day of good news by handing a prototype of the new all-wheel-drive rocket to drift maestro Ken Block and capture it all on video. Block does his usual, slipping and sliding and drifting the over-315-horsepower hot hatchback through Ford's Cologne, Germany factory, before making a final and surprising appearance at the unveiling of the new RS to European media. It's all as entertaining as it sounds, and gives us plenty of chances to hear the 2.3-liter EcoBoost at full bellow. Related Video:

Ford promises more than 500 horsepower and a torque peak above 400 lb-ft.
The wait is finally over. After months of spy shots, rumor and innuendo, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off its new Shelby GT350. Judging by the spec sheet and the promises being made - especially that the Shelby GT350 will be "an all-day track car that's also street legal" - the wait appears to have been worth it.
