Hello, you are bidding on a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with a LOW 113K original Florida Highway miles, Rust Free, Florida Cruiser! This car has a clean/clear Florida title. Car must be paid for within 48 hours of auction close via a overnight sent a cashiers check, bank check or money order. Car runs, idles, drives and shifts excellent. Blows ICE-COLD A/C. AM/FM radio all speakers sound great. Interior is complete NO holes on dash. NO rips/tears in seats. Steering wheel shows NO wear. Police dome light works. All interior lights/buttons work. Headlights are NOT foggy nor do they condensate. All exterior lights work as well pictured. Has a year old Interstate battery. Complete set of 4 almsot Brand New Goodyear Police Issue tires. Car has NO undercarriage rust what so ever. This was a City of Homestead Police Patrol Unit vehicle, it was a take home car. Always maintained using Ford OEM parts with Motorcraft Oil Filter and Oil every 3,000-5,000 miles. As you can see by the pictures this car will most likey need a paint job. I originally bought the car for me with plans to plug the holes on the roof from the Police Lightbar and gps/antennas and have it sent to recieve a brand new paint job but I have recently moved into an apartment and no longer have the funds to do this. This car will make a excellent deal for a Taxi Cab company or just someone who has $500.00-$800.00 for nice paint work. You can find excellent deals on U-Ship from as low as 100 bucks to ship this to your doorstep anywhere in the United States and International. You simply go on there and pretty much bid on how much you the buyer wants to spend as this car can not be drived on Florida highways with the "CITY OF HOMESTEAD POLICE PATROL UNIT" decals still in place. I peeled off as you can tell some of the blue decal just to show that the decals simply do just peel off. Any questions please feel free to ask. LOW starting bid, NO reserve. This car does not leak any fluids what so ever, has excellent oil pressure and all else as seen in pictures. Good luck,

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you
Thu, 21 Feb 2013As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
2014 Ford Transit unveiled in Chassis Cab and Cutaway versions
Fri, 08 Mar 2013As a leader in commercial vehicles here in the US, we knew Ford wouldn't take too long to show off the chassis cab and cutaway versions of its 2014 Ford Transit van. Set to go on sale this fall, Ford already revealed the full-body version of the Transit, and now it has pulled the cover off exposed-frame models just in time to to compete against the all-new Ram Promaster.
The term "chassis cab" refers to models with a fully enclosed cabin used for box vans or rental trucks, while cutaway models leave the cabin open behind the B-pillars for a pass-through on vehicles such as Class C motorhomes or ambulances. Both will offer three wheelbase options (138, 156 and 178 inches), the choice of single or dually rear axles, and plenty of upfitter-friendly touches including a pre-wired body harness and multiple body mount locations.
The new design will also help make upfitting a little easier since the fuel filler is now built into the cab (just behind the driver's door). Those integrated fuel filler necks will serve to feed either a 3.7-liter V6, a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6, or a 3.2-liter Power Stroke diesel. Transit chassis cab and cutaways will wear varying Gross vehicle weight ratings from 9,000 pounds to 10,360 pounds depending on spec.
2015 Ford Mustang invades SEMA, led by King Cobra
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Ford showcased more than a dozen customized 2015 Mustangs at its sprawling 20,000-square foot display this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center as the iconic pony car's 50th anniversary celebration continued at the SEMA Show.
While Mustangs are always a hot commodity at SEMA, the new generation brought increased attention from the aftermarket, as builders like Galpin Auto Sports, Richard Petty's Garage and Vaughn Gittin Jr. offered their takes on the new 'Stang.
The extensive display included a range of Mustangs from mild to wild, with everything from a 600-plus horsepower King Cobra pictured at the top, to paint-and-wheel packages. The new regal Cobra, which we spied early in our SEMA adventure this year, may not be the replacement for the Cobra Jet as we speculated, but it does seem to point the way forward for the next iteration of a supreme Ford dragster. Fat drag slicks out back make it's reason for being abundantly clear, and for tells us that modded car is good for a 10.97-second quarter-mile run.
