A 2000 Ford Crown Vic Police (P71) with a new motor! This is a true black, Ford Crown Vic P71 Police package with the spotlights, LED Light-bar (which can easily be removed) and push bars on the front. It has the 4.6 V* with all of the heavy duty equipment upgrades Ford puts on their police package. Air conditioning is ice cold. The new motor runs extremely strong. Body is straight. Title clear. Minor miscellaneous dings and scratches. (The new, rebuilt motor cost $3,500.00 and was professional installed). Tires are good. All four hubcaps. The drivers side rear window does need a new motor (or needs repair). It won't go up or down. With this new motor in this car, it will run strong for years to come.

Autoblog joins Elon Musk and Danica Patrick in accepting ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

While the origins of the so-called Ice Bucket Challenge are shrouded in a history typical of Internet memes, its effectiveness in raising money and awareness for the ALS Association has been astonishing.
Celebrities from the worlds of entertainment, sports, technology and more have generated untold millions of video views in support of the organization that is helping patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease), and generated a much needed influx of cash, as well. Recent reports have some $15.6M raised in the last two weeks.

Ford reveals new rapid prototyping and low-volume production techniques [w/video]
Mon, 08 Jul 2013It's called "F3T," and that stands for Ford Free-form Fabrication Technology. The process that The Blue Oval has developed means being able to sidestep the weeks-long process of tool-and-die making when engineers want to construct a new part, allowing them to fabricate a three-dimensional part from a two-dimensional sheet of metal in just hours.
While F3T is being developed it is limited to "low-volume prototyping or even low-volume niche vehicles," but the next step is to evaluate it for use in Ford's global manufacturing facilities. You can find out more about it in the video and the press release below.

2014 is shaping up to be a big year for Ford Motor Company, as it's announced an onslaught of 23 new global product launches which will help create 5,000 new jobs in the US. As part of the new product push, three more manufacturing plants will be opened.
