All ("sales pitchs") aside, this is one bad a$$ Bronco! The only reason I am selling this car is because I have commitment issues when it comes to vehicles and I wanna start a new build. Truth be told; I'll likely end up buying this Bronco back in the future. This 1969 early Ford Bronco is, in my opinion (and many), the best looking, fully modernized, Bronco available on the West Coast. ASC Broncos (Google them if you don't know) restored & built this Bronco so you know it was done by one of the best, most experienced (since '79) early Bronco builders on the West Coast. There has been a lot of talk about my Bronco actually being available for sale and I wanted to get this advert up to at least summarize some of the key things about it. I plan on updating this post with more pix and info (time permitting) until it has sold. This Bronco was built for SEMA and was chosen to be featured in Toyo Tires booth, this past year. This classic bronco is also the most "LIKE"d & searched Bronco on Instagram, ever! Search #projectbronco for photos dating back to the first week I purchased it. I have meticulously made sure this Bronco is one of the best ever made. You are not paying a premium because of the exposure this Bronco has received over the past couple years, you are paying what it is worth. I can count on two hands how many things on this vehicle have NOT been replaced, restored or modernized. This Bronco would run you $80-90k to be built by any of the top builders and would likely take 9-15 months to complete. I know, because I have first hand knowledge of every "high end" Bronco build done in California in the past 2 years and this is the BEST one with the exception of ICON's Broncos. Shoutout to Jonathan Ward, if you're reading this, your builds are the shit! Those, however, have a two year waiting list and will run you $150k+.EngineEngine Builder: ASC BroncoManufacturer: FordType: 351W H.O Roller Motor w/ Fuel Injection (less then 2500 miles)Camshaft: Comp CamsAir Filter: K&NFuel Injection: FordIgnition: MSD Digital 6ALHeaders: BC Broncos Ceramic Shorty SeriesTires And WheelsManufacturer: Toyo TiresType: 33" Open Country M/T'sManufacturer: Trailready Type: 15" Tru-Beadlock 'Baja Style' ConversionManufacturer: Gorilla Automotive ProductsType: Wheel Locks & Hub CoversBrakesManufacturer: Hydratech Braking SystemsType: Hydraulic Brake Assist System 'Full Show Prep'Manufacturer: James Duff Inc.Type: Disk Brakes Fuel SystemManufacturer: BC BroncosCapacity: 23 GallonsTransmissionManufacturer: FordType: C4 AutomaticRear EndManufacturer: FordType: 9"Ratio: 3:54Exterior Color: Ford BlueManufacturer: BC Broncos ($2000)Type: Soft TopManufacturer: James Duff Inc.Type: (Rear) Plate Bumper & Jack CarrierManufacturer: ProtofabType: (Front) Rocksolid BumperManufacturer: James Duff Inc. This car is not a trailer queen, but sure as hell looks like one.As I said, these are just SOME of the vehicles features. It would take me a week to list everything. If you've been looking at (high end) Broncos you will know upon seeing this build that this Bronco is like no other for all the right reasons.
The ONLY issues with this Bronco, and I mean only, are that the transfer case & transmission leak a tiny bit. This is very common in early Broncos. I'v been told by several different mechanics that is not an issue to be worried about at all!

Not that it means anything beyond bragging rights, but if you're fixated on the positions of domestic automakers on the annual Fortune 500 list, both General Motors and Ford are still on it but they've slipped a couple of notches. The list ranks American companies and they're ordered solely by revenue. GM, fifth last year, came in seventh, while Ford fell from ninth to tenth even though both companies saw small gains in annual revenue.
GM's $152.3 billion in revenue was less than a third of that of the first company on the list: Wal-Mart, which regained the title from Exxon Mobil. Berkshire Hathaway and Apple are the firms that moved GM down. Ford, displaced by energy company Valero, had $134.3 billion in revenue.
On a side note, profitability isn't a factor, but both GM and Ford were down in this year's list compared to last year's: GM declined from $9.2 billion to $6.2 billion, Ford fell from $20.2 billion to $5.6 billion. If profits were included, Exxon Mobil would probably still be king: although the energy company made almost $20 billion less in revenue than Wal-Mart's $469.2 billion, it posted $44.9 billion in profit compared to Wal-Mart's $17 billion.

Ask the average consumer - at least, those who follow the goings-on in the automotive industry - which carmaker they'd most closely associate Microsoft, and the answer you'd most likely get would be Ford. The Blue Oval automaker, after all, was at the forefront of bringing Microsoft technology into cars with its pioneering Sync system, and, though reality didn't turn out as such, Ford's CEO was recently touted as a potential future head of the Redmond-based software giant. But that relationship, according to the latest reports, could be coming to an end.
Alan Mullaly kiboshed the idea of leaving Dearborn for Redmond, but more importantly Ford is tipped to be ditching Microsoft in developing its next-generation Sync system. In its place, Ford is expected to partner with BlackBerry's QNX division.
Now, before you go balking "BlackBerry?! But they're finished!" consider that QNX is (or at least was) an independent entity that Research In Motion (as BlackBerry's Ontario-based parent company was then known) just happened to have bought back in 2010. QNX provides control systems to everything from nuclear power plants and UAVs to automakers like Audi, BMW and Porsche.

Trucks have towing capacity, EVs have driving range and performance cars have Nürburgring lap times. What do all three have in common? They should all be taken with a grain of salt. Currently, there is no sanctioned way to record lap times or verify production-spec cars - a lesson we recently learned with the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo - and until there is a way to do so (and there probably never will be), we'll never officially know the actual time it took for Ford to lap the 'Ring with its ultra-powerful Shelby GT500.
After posting a Ford-made video of a 2013 GT500 running around the 'Ring, the guys over at SVTPerformance.com (an enthusiasts forum not affiliated with Ford or SVT) wanted more answers. They got in touch with Ford's Global Performance Vehicle Chief Engineer Jamal Hameedi, who said until there is a way to verify the times and inspect the cars, Ford will not get involved with lap-time wars. In the email, Hameedi pointed out that the 'Ring is a useful tool in that it allows a wide spectrum of track conditions, but until there is a governed way to record times, there is no way to accurately compare cars head-to-head.
And as much as some may not like it, Hameedi speaks the truth. It really isn't possible to compare times from one car to another, unless those cars were lapping the same track at the same time with the same driver. Not that any of this means there won't be continuous wars by fans and manufacturers alike... in other words, feel free to voice your opinions in the Comments below.
