1996 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer 5.8 liter V8

***Only 97,648 Actual Miles!***

Original Paint and Rust Free!

Here is a beautiful Oxford White 1996 Eddie Bauer loaded with all the popular options. It has the powerful 5.8 liter V8, leather, light group, keyless entry and Limited Slip Rear.

This truck has spent almost its entire life out in New Mexico and California. Take a look at the undercarriage pictures, as this truck is 100% Rust Free!!

The paint is gorgeous and shines like a mirror! The B-pillars have no cracks. It does have a few scratches, a little ding or two and small indent right next to the hinge for tire carrier. All very minor to be sure, but I’m not sure if they show up in the pictures so I wanted to mention them.

Inside the leather interior looks great and it has been well taken care of for sure. All the accessories work as they should and the AC is ICE COLD!

These low mileage survivors are certainly hard to find. And this Eddie Bauer, loaded with options, makes this one desirable Bronco!  So if you are in the market, give me a call. I am happy to bring this Bronco to any local Ford dealer or mechanic and have it inspected for you, at your cost.

Petersen Museum celebrates 50 years of Ford Mustang with special exhibit

Mon, May 5 2014

If you're a pony-car enthusiast, this is your year. Not only has Ford introduced an all-new Mustang, but it's also the 50th anniversary of the original. Celebrations and commemorations have been scheduled throughout the year, and not the least of them is the latest exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. Called "Mustangs Forever: 50 Years of a Legend", the exhibit includes Mustangs from every generation of the iconic pony car, including the 1965 convertible Ronald Reagan drove during his California gubernatorial campaign, a 1971 Mach 1 Cobra Jet, a 1974 Mustang II, 1993 SVT Cobra, 2000 Cobra R and a 2006 Shelby GT-H. Special sections focus on motorsports, aftermarket modifiers and limited-edition models. The display opened on Sunday with the Mustang Madness spectacular and will run for the next six months, but if you're not heading to Southern California within the coming half-year then you can scope out all the action in our live gallery of photos above.

Ford recalling 65k Fusions from 2014 and 2015 because key can be removed

Tue, 18 Nov 2014

Ford is recalling an estimated 64,869 examples of the 2014-2015 Fusion, Fusion Energi and Fusion Hybrid in North America because the key can be removed when the vehicle isn't in Park under certain conditions. Specifically, the campaign covers 56,479 units in the US, 6,048 in Canada and 2,342 in Mexico, according to the automaker's tally on November 11.
Ford says a programming problem in the instrument cluster means that the key can be removed 30 minutes after the ignition is turned off, even if the transmission is not in Park. The situation where this could happen seems quite limited, and the company is not aware of any accidents or injuries related to the issue. However, the fault puts the vehicle out of compliance with federal regulations covering theft protection and rollaways, and must be repaired.
The fix is easy: Ford will reprogram the instrument cluster at no cost to consumers. According to Ford spokesperson Kelli Felker in an email to Autoblog, "We will notify customers the week of January 5th." Scroll down to read Ford's announcement.

Volkswagen could outsell GM in China for the first time in nine years

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

As of the end of November, Volkswagen had sold 70,000 more cars than General Motors in China in 2013, making it appear inevitable that VW will outsell GM there. The feat would return the German brand to the top of chart in China for the first time in nine years, but even the second-place getter won't be complaining too loudly: both automakers sold more than three million vehicles in a market pegged to hit 16 million sales this year.
Volkswagen said it could have sold more cars if it had had more production capacity in China. The arrival of a new-to-China Audi A4, a China-built A3 sedan, the VW Bora and Skoda Octavia, as well as an $18.2-billion-euro investment in the country to construct new factories, means VW should see its numbers grow in 2014. GM's lineup is expanding next year, too, adding four Chevrolet nameplates and two vehicles to its Baojun brand as it tries to get to five million in sales by 2015.
Among other automakers, Ford benefited from good product and woes for Japanese automakers over a territorial dispute with China, outselling Toyota by almost 32,000 units through the end of November. The Ford Focus is China's best-selling vehicle so far this year.
