1995 Ford Bronco 351Windsor, Clear Title and second owner
I owned this bronco since early 2002 and since then it served me reliably with my school/work runs. This truck runs strong but is meant for a manly man who has the knowledge to return it back to its glory. Tune up, transmission flush, battery, ignition coil, driveshaft u joint were done/replaced within the past 5000 miles Uses Mobil 1 Performance Sythetic motor oil 10W30 only. What it has: Quad front shocks (Done by Unico Truck Repair, NY) Air suspension Warn hub 4x4 lock Aftermarket CAI Middle jump seat exhaust (nook) What will go with it (optional): A second set of tires (5) 7.5/460 bare engine block, with E40D transmission (I think it can be rebuild) Straight Axle (rebuildable, you need couple of buddies and/or your/their power toys to haul it away). Never took it off road. |

Next Ford Mustang to drop 400 pounds
Thu, 15 Aug 2013The Ford Mustang is already the lightest of the current crop of muscle cars, at around 3,600 pounds for a GT coupe with the six-speed manual transmission. That's almost 260 pounds less than a Chevrolet Camaro SS and about 450 pounds less than a Dodge Challenger R/T, which means the Mustang has a pretty big advantage when it comes to handling, braking, accelerating and economy. More good news: The next Mustang will be even lighter.
According to a report from Edmunds, the sixth-generation Mustang, which is set to debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show, will shed an additional 400 pounds of body fat. That 11-percent weight reduction will be thanks to lightweight materials, with a particular focus on using stronger, but less material in construction. Aluminum will feature heavily, but Edmunds' inside source warns that there is "nothing terribly exotic" coming to the original pony car.
The other big news is that the new Mustang will be smaller overall. It's going to be 15-inches shorter than the 188.5-inch Mustang on sale today, while it'll also be 6.5 inches narrower. Shorter overhangs, both in the front and rear, are also good signs for those that want an agile Mustang.

Winnebago re-introduces classic Brave RV [w/video]
Fri, Jun 6 2014Winnebago is saying 'Let's do the time warp again,' using its new Brave RV to do it – have a look at the first Winnebago RV from 1966 and you'll know exactly where this one comes from. The modern version of this swinging sixties motorhome is accurate from its size, either 26- or 27-foot version, to its trademark eyebrow above the front windshield. The foldaway bunk above the front seats that necessitated the eyebrow design has been updated, and is now a power bed that descends from the ceiling. It is among a set of standard features that also includes a 19-foot motorized awning, leveling jacks at all four corners, heated mirrors, LED ceiling lights, two available floorplans and detailing like a workstation for the front passenger, a sliding dash cluster and and a waterfall countertop in the kitchen with built-in extensions. The Brave sits on a Ford F53 chassis complete with its Triton V10 engine and five-speed automatic transmission. No word yet on any potential diesel alternatives. Naturally, that 1966 price of $4,000 will also come in for an update, but the company hasn't yet revealed it.
