THIS IS A SPECIAL BRONCO TO ME, IT HAS BEEN MY PRIDE AND JOY AND IS TIME TO BE YOURS. THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN MY DAILY DRIVER FOR FOUR YEARS AND HAS TAKEN ME ANY WHERE I WANTED TO GO AND THEN SOME.
THE TRUCK IS BEING SOLD AS IS DUE TO ITS AGE. MY TRUCK IS NOT PERFECT BUT IS STILL A SUPER NICE RIDE AND IS A GREAT STARTER TRUCK OR ONE FOR HOBBY. MOST EVERYTHING WORKS THERE ARE MINOR THINGS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED AS YOU WOULD FIND FOR ANY TRUCK OF THIS AGE. WINDOW MOTORS NEED SOME ATTENTION AND POWER LOCKS. SEATS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE AND DASH LIGHTS AND RADIO WORK.
FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WORKS PERFECT WITH ON THE FLY OPTION, TIRES ARE ABOUT 60% AND HAVE MANY MORE MILES LEFT ON THEM WITH ALL BEING EQUAL ON TREAD.
BELOW IS WHAT I HAVE REPLACED AND WORKED ON SINCE I HAVE OWNED
NEW BREATHER BOX ON ENGINE, NEW DISTRIBUTOR, PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE BOTTOM END HAS BEEN REPLACE INCLUDING WHEEL HUBS ETC, TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN REPLACED AND WORKS WELL, AND MANY COUNTLESS EXTRAS.
THE BRONCO HAS THE 5.0 AND IS A STOUT RUNNING TRUCK WITH FLOWMASTER EXHAUST THAT SOUND GOOD BUT ARE RAN OUT THE BACK. ENGINE DOES NOT SMOKE OR USE ANY OIL BETWEEN CHANGES.
THIS IS A SOUND TRUCK NEEDING A NEW OWNER. NO HIDDEN PROBLEMS KNOWN.

Ford Focus Electric gets $6,000 price drop, now starts at $29,995
Mon, Oct 20 2014In early 2013, the Nissan Leaf shed a massive $6,500 from its $35,200 base price to offer a new starting price of $28,800. Since then, we have seen numerous other plug-in vehicles get smaller price tags, from the Honda Fit EV (lower lease price) to the Chevrolet Volt (around $5,000 lower) to the Mitsubishi i (a $6,130 drop). Last year, Ford lowered the $39,200 price of the Focus Electric by around $4,000, but that hasn't been enough to get the Ford EV to really compete, saleswise, with other plug-in vehicles on the market. But wait, as they say, there's more. This past weekend, Ford lopped another $6,000 from the price of both the 2014 model year Focus EVs currently on dealer lots as well as the redesigned 2015 models that are now rolling out (they're basically the same car, minus some appearance changes). Ford spokesman Aaron Miller confirmed to AutoblogGreen that the Focus EV will now start at $29,995 and said that reducing the price should make the Blue Oval's only pure EV competitive. "We hope by reducing the price we're giving consumers another reason to consider it," he said. Through the end of September 2014, Ford has sold just 1,534 Focus EVs in the US (the model sold 1,335 in the first nine months of 2013). For comparison's sake, the Nissan Leaf starts at $29,010 and sells around 3,000 units a month in the US. Miller notes that the Focus EV has been selling the best on the West Coast, and is also doing well on the East Coast. After that, he said Atlanta and the Great Lakes area also see decent sales of model's admittedly small pie. We can only assume that offering the EV for under $30,000 will make that pie somewhat bigger.
The history and future of the Ford Bronco
Tue, 17 Jun 2014
Some have suggested that the Bronco's demise was hastened by the fallout from the O.J. trial.
Twenty years ago today, ex-NFL linebacker Al "A.C." Cowlings drove his friend and onetime running back Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson on a parade lap of the Los Angeles highway system and onto an ignoble page of the history books. If you're in your late 20s or older, or a fastidious young student of 1990s American history, you're absolutely aware that Al and O.J.'s steed for the 'chase' was a white Ford Bronco. The white Ford Bronco, even.
China takes lead as GM's No. 1 market
Tue, 09 Jul 2013It's happened. General Motors' biggest vehicle market - at least in terms of new model sales - is China. According to TheDetroitBureau.com, GM and its various Chinese joint venture operations enjoyed a 10.6-percent sales increase in the first half of 2013, selling almost 1.6 million units in the market. That puts GM China about 200,000 units ahead of its US sales totals over the same period - this, despite indicators that the communist nation's economy is losing momentum.
TDB notes that like GM, rival Ford has also enjoyed a robust 2013 in China thus far, with its sales up a whopping 47 percent to 407,721 units sold - 75,254 of them in June alone. Between the two US automakers, passenger car sales for the first half of 2013 are up around 14 percent, well ahead of the rest of the industry's 10-percent growth estimates for the market. Some of the sales growth may come as a result of an overall anti-Japan sentiment in China, though the American brands have long outsold their Japanese counterparts in the country.
By The General's own predictions, China will only continue to grow in sales importance. The company has designs on selling over five million cars a year in the market before the end of the decade, a total that figures to dramatically widen the gap versus its US totals - even if America's auto market makes a full recovery to the the salad days of over 17-million units a year.
