For sale is my 1978 Ford Bronco. This has the Ranger XLT package and has the Freewheelin' decal package. I am the third owner of this vehicle. I purchased it from the previous owner who lived in Michigan and had it since 1998. He never drove it in the winter which is why it is so clean. This is a Colorado truck and has very minimal rust. The two places where it has rust are the corners of the doors, and a quarter size hole in the floorboard, besides that it is a very clean truck. It has the original motor that was rebuilt by the previous owner 4 years ago. he had it rebuilt by a local engine shop and they put a mild cam in it. It has an edelbrock performer intake manifold with a 600 cfm edelbrock carb. The truck runs and drives great but needs to have the carb tuned properly as it is running a little rich. The truck has 4:10 gears and a detroit locker in the rear. The 4x4 works great with no issues. I installed new brake lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve, and new lines on the rear axle housing. The truck has had a roof put on it at one point in its life, but the new one is in good shape with minimal rust. overall this is a great truck and I'm getting rid of it because I just don't drive it enough. Buyer either has to arrange for shipping or pick up in person.

2015 Ford Focus Electric hides in plain sight
Wed, 16 Apr 2014The styling changes to the 2015 Ford Focus were shown off at the recent Geneva Motor Show, so what the EV version looks like is not that much of a surprise. Still, the 2015 Focus Electric is making its world debut here at the New York Auto Show, so we wanted to know what changes we are looking at compared to both the internal combustion engine version and the earlier EV models.
The exterior visual distinctions between the ICE and EV are minimal, and basically nonexistent from the A-pillar to the rear. Up front, you can see the charge port, of course, but the front fascia has also undergone a bit of an adjustment. The front doesn't have the ICE version's flattened grille and the EV's Ford logo creates a bump in the hood line where none exists on the ICE. The 2015's grille is also different than the one on the 2014 Focus Electric, being slightly smaller (you can see this better if you compare pictures in our new gallery above to these of the 2011 Focus Electric and these of the gas-powered 2015 Focus).
The updated 2015 interior - which we couldn't access ourselves - has things like a new center stack, improved cupholders and is basically identical between the gas and electric models. With the car off, you can't even tell if you're in an EV or ICE, Seema Bardwaj, the US brand manager for the Focus, told AutoblogGreen. The only things that are different, she said, are extra menu screens to show EV powertrain information to the driver.

Former Ford CEO Mulally won't run for president
Mon, 15 Sep 2014Alan Mulally will not be following his successful term as president and CEO of Ford Motor Company with a run at an even bigger presidency. Rumors that the 68-year-old former Boeing exec would make a run at the White House sprouted after his apparent dodging of a reporter's questions about a potential candidacy during a forum in Indianapolis.
"I really think it's important that we all pull together. We really need to pull together around a compelling vision for our country and a comprehensive strategy to do it and work together. We really need to do it," Mulally said at the conference, according to The Detroit News.
He's since clarified by saying, "[I'm] honored at the suggestion, but that is not a role I am considering."
