1977 Ford Bronco Ranger- Uncut, Low Miles
Up for auction is a 1977 Ford Bronco. This was the last year that Ford produced these highly collectible and sought after vehicles. This '77 has every option that Ford put on these things, including the Ranger package, which includes: chrome trim down the sides, windows, and rocker panels. It also comes with wood grain on the door panels. The interior is all original and is in perfect condition. The '77 also comes with fuel doors on the left side, which covers the gas caps. It has power steering, power disc brakes, automatic transmission and vintage A/C. The engine is the original 302, which runs like a top with no issues at all. The automatic transmission shifts great with no slippage. This Bronco was purchased from a doctor who had it stored in his airplane hanger for years. Upon purchase, it was then taken to Classic 4x4 Co. in Las Cruces, NM who specializes in early Ford Broncos. It was then stripped down to bare metal and painted back to its original factory color. This is a high quality job, done only using DuPont materials. During that time, new shocks and full exhaust system was installed, including new catalytic converter, which should pass emissions in every state. I have had my hands on dozens of these early Broncos and this one is as nice as they come! The drive ability is like brand new, with no play in the steering. No squeaks and rattles and no wind noise. I would not hesitate to drive this Bronco cross country. If you are looking for an unmolested Ford Bronco, in amazing condition, then look no further. With that being said, please bid with confidence as this is truly a one of a kind vehicle. I will answer any and all questions in a timely manner and will make myself available to the shipping company of your choice, at buyer's expense. There will be a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of auction end, and remaining balance due within 3 days, bank to bank wire transfer only. These terms and conditions are non negotiable, so please understand them before bidding. I have a perfect feedback history and expect the same of the buyer. This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. Thank you and Happy Bidding!!!

Martini Mustang is a 'what if moment' gone right
Wed, 23 Oct 2013Feast your eyes on a masterpiece. This is Steve Strope's Ford Mustang in the classic fastback bodystyle, and as you'll notice, it sports the signature colors of Martini Racing, a livery that's as legendary as any Gulf Racing-styled car. But the red, white and blues of the Martini stripe down this Mustang's middle tell only a very small part of the story, in the latest video from Petrolicious.
What would you guess is under the hood? A 289-cubic-inch V8? Maybe a 302, or some absurd Ford crate engine? Maybe Strope went all Tokyo Drift - he's actually responsible for the "Hammer" Plymouth Satellite driven by Vin Diesel at the end of the movie - and found an RB26DETT to drop into the pony car? You'd be wrong on all counts.
This mad, mad man somehow finagled a Ford-Lotus engine from a 1966 Indianapolis 500 car into the Mustang's engine bay. Yes, a Mustang with an engine designed for a 160-mile-per-hour, open-wheel racecar. That's like someone in 40 years dropping McLaren's 2.4-liter V8 from the MP4-28 into a Scion FR-S. It'd just make a monster.

Ford confirms Everest SUV production for China
Sat, 19 Apr 2014According to Ford, the Chinese SUV segment grew by 49 percent in 2013, and the Blue Oval held a 4.5 percent market share. At the 2014 Beijing Motor Show, Ford is showing the Everest SUV that, while just a concept for now, will go into production in the near future.
The Everest is a big, brawny seven-seat SUV that mixes solid, chiseled styling and contemporary Ford design cues. Up front there is an angular version of the trapezoidal grille and sharp, wraparound headlights. The beltline rises in the rear to make the back appear higher than the front. The rear seems just as chiseled, with the taillights resting in jagged scallops. There is no doubt that this concept means to look rugged, and ready for rough roads - the whole thing looks pretty great.
The truck was penned by Ford's Asia Pacific design and engineering team in Australia, and it was first shown in Sydney last year. Ford's JMC joint venture will build the truck for the Chinese market, and it will be sold at Ford dealers there. The Blue Oval isn't hinting at what powers the production version yet, but it reportedly shares some components with the foreign-market Ranger.
